My Man! You just saved me a couple hundred bucks! I have an Ingersol Rand twin tanks so the breakdown was a little different but the concept was the same. I took off the old gaskets and used fire and smoke caulk instead. Put it back together and Boom! I am back from 0 pressure to 100% Thank you so much.
How is this unit still doing? I was thinking of getting one, and wondering if it is as reliable as the Jobsmart 2 hp 10 gal. Also, if this is the 3.5 hp, can you run HVLP on it?
i have the same machine diferent colour , my problem is i can get the eletric motor to start, change to a bigger cap but it turn 2 time than turn off. That cutting switch will arm.
My compressor starts working and builds pressure up to 150psi but sometimes during work it will not start and won't keep tank charged. Sometimes it turns on only for a few seconds then goes quiet. Sometimes I hears something that it wants to start like air going somewhere through the pipe for a 2 second and then quiets and stays like that. Fails to keep up pressure in tank when I use it. Pressure goes low as 50psi but compressor doesn't start. Then I had to open drain valve to release remaining air pressure in the tank. Disconnect it from AC power for few minutes and it starts working again build up to 150psi again. I don't hear any air leaks. What could be wrong?

Suprised it didnt glue the piston to the head with how much glue went on
Please next time u remove a gasket use a small hammer amd gently tap it loose
Ya didn't show it was not charging then when you "fixed" it you didn't show it was actually fixed and filling the tank.
To this day im still using it,thanks for watching.
All that.... never showed it working.... It could be in the skip for all we know....
Well maybe it didn't work. He didn't show that part
It worked and still working without any moisture coming out of the hose.
@@DIY_ALAM Of course it is, you just ran out of memory before you could show it working.
Very little air pressure coming from the hose

I think you got faulty air pressure control switch.
@@DIY_ALAM Thank you. Its Husky 20 gal 150psi need to check if it can be fixed
@@johnysilver1853 i m not sure, but you can try to clean its points.
@@DIY_ALAM I agree it does sound like the pressure switch snd they are available on Amazon if Im not mistaken
@@georgerobson8753 yes, they are available on Amazon.
Nooice!
