yeah !! it is a good thing to see .. now a days no body In our squad is touching this great sign for Liverpool ... that is a Real pitty, but i Think times have changed unfortunatly 😕
jakob90#DK Klopp not letting the squad touch the sign nowadays until we've won a trophy. Not sure how I feel about it because it was for good luck
Reuben Thia Klopp told the players to not touch the sign unless and until they win a trophy for this club, which is honestly one of the best decisions he has made.

It's funny how he said "I wish" when he almost walked in the Real Madrid dressing room. He turned down a chance to play for Barcelona just to stay with us. That defines loyalty. Don't see that anymore.

So sad there in nobody touching "This is Anfield" sign nowadays anymore before the game when they are coming out of the tunnel. Not even Jurgen Klopp or Henderson as a Captain! Only the Legends understand the pride and the tradition!!!
Ryan Loco it's because Jürgen Klopp forbade the players from doing so. He said only when they've won the league can they touch it. He obviously knows the historical significance of the act, hence reserved it for when the current players have achieved greatness to be given that privilege. Soon, we'll see them touching it.

Great to see all of these fantastic players in a red kit again! Part of me still wishes that Stevie G finished his footy career as a player at LFC instead of America. Happy to have him back as a coach, though. Complete legend! Few clubs are lucky enough to have someone as talented and loyal as him come along. Top class!

Salgado- Blackburn Legend. He was a class above, like Tugay before him. Not since Shearer had Rovers had a better player. Relentless. Didn’t play like a Galactico prancing about, although he was skilful, but a Gladiator. Energy, enthusiasm and he was in his thirties when he joined on a free. So tough, strong and drove the team on. Tugay fit the galactic molde better. Skillfull, great passer and rode a tackle like Messi. Hughe’s and Souness brought some great players in. Souness won the league cup, and Hughes should have but was in Europe nearly every year, 5th and 6th places.
Salif Diao. Good lad, always worked hard and did his best. Didn't quite cut it, but imo. one of the only mistakes from Gerrard was his comments on him in his book while Diao still was in the club.
Diouf of course deserved everyting Gerrard wrote.

Anfield is a home to all Liverpool fans - don't let anyone tell you that Liverpool is bad because that is just jealousy and hatred which is something Kopites don't have because there is no team to be jealous or angry about 💗 And is it just me that feels safe with other Liverpool fans?
