Back when I had a cart like that I got a ratchet strap and strapped the tank to the cart. Made the tank way more stable. I also didn’t have the time to fabricate metal tank straps so I found the easiest method.
U are correct, Tremendous benefits. I suggest take classes at your Local Community college and get Certification and ultimately become a CERTIFIED WELDER YOUR ANNUAL income can be 80k$. - 120$k. Easily...
I love the project videos. I can watch these all day. My first project is insulating my garage door. At some point, can you do a video on your Snow-ex spreader?
Some scrap metal and about an hour of using a mig welder you should be able to get some decent welds that will hold. It all takes practice, but easy enought to learn.
I go to harbor freight a lot. Can't beat the value especially with a coupon. Their stuff really isn't that bad. Do you think their welders are any good?
Marks Misfit World Nice!! I got a pro mig 135 I do believe I can run the .30 too but that bracket you used may be beyond its capabilities!! I can check. The inner sheet on door is let’s say pretty well gone but I can I’m sure look up online! Time to google..lol thanks Mark yes you can’t beat mig welding for sheet metal! I usually use my old Lincoln buzz box for welding stuff on my backhoes ( eg buckets, hooks, rings..etc) plus it don’t have to be clean like mig!! Kinda tuff to do in the middle of a field...lol
Also, whAt kind of camera do you use, bc your videos are always very clear on sound and quality. I would say you could do a video on your equipment, but how would you film it lol.
My camera is a Canon Vixia RF R800. It is at the low end of the market for Canon video camera's but it has been dropped several times, wind blew it over a bunch of time and it has gotten a little wet a couple of times. I cannot complain at all about it and will be buying another one in the spring to make things a little easier for us next season.
I just assembled one today. Harbor Freight welding cart. ($45 model).

I would love to learn welding. Have never tried it before, but can see tremendous benefits in learning it. Thanks for the video. 👏👏👏

This is the second video i watched that installed the middle section upside down.

Steel Fist I echo that! I really enjoy marks projects too.
Is welding hard to get into? In other words, is it something I could teach myself to do?

Nice-looking cart Mark. What type of welder is that Firepower is that 110-220 maybe you can do a video on it looks interesting.
It is a 110 welder. I will have to see who sells it and go from there.
@@Marksmisfitworld looks like a nice one... thanks...

Mark was the wire you got mig or flux core?
Mug wire, I weld a lot of sheet metal, so it is easier to weld with.
Absolutely!!! So which did you use when welding the brackets for your led’s and your winch setup? Thanks Mark!
I used .030 mig welding wire. That I is all I use for everything that I have to do.

The welder can handle up to about 1/4” steel. At least that is thickest metal I have welded with it.
