The square triangle one is all you’ll ever really need since this dude has so many 50/50’s into his ultimate meaning you’ll likely only need 1 stamina break if even. Shit you can even allow yourself to get hit once use stamina for the first hit of demon ray and do the special beam ultimate kick.
You can also land the kick version of Special Beam Cannon (Beast) with the full H combo during a stamina break. It has an unique property (together with other combo strings in the game) where the user is stunned for a small time in order to land skills like Molotov, Meteor Explosion, Apocalyptic Burst and SBCB. But this only happens during a stamina break so they won't be able to land too easily (like Hit's combos do, for example).
The ground ones work. Base gogeta ground break works too, same with gt and ssg Vegeta, but for Vegeta's it's only the sledgehammer type then you gotta vanish. It'll work against somebody with good connection and that's a fact

all the ground bounce stamina breaks aren't true you can tech them by holding vanish with no stamina or holding the ki blast button
