They all look beautiful even without makeup.
this is what frustrating about the kpop industry. these girls are not performing machines. they are human beings who need proper rest and food! they live in a cramped little dorm and they dont even get to eat before practice? please take care of the girls! D: we love them and we want them to live healthy happy lives.
do you get free food, and amusement park rides from your boss, at your job?
please tell me the company you work for, that lets you act spoiled all day, I want to apply for a job.
these people in kpop indcustry get worked like no other. i mean, they live in dorms, drive from event to event in small vans and sometimes are restricted from food for tear of gaining weight. its not that easy to be a kpop star. look at these artist compared to the ones in usa or england or whatever. they make ridiculous backstage demands and shit but the kpop stars get one little room backstage where they take naps on the floor
and yet they complain less than the celebrities in usa an england.
Maybe they're just nicer people :P
But they know very well what they're getting themselves into. Maybe not to a certain extent but they do know that it's gonna be rough. I get your point though. I always hate seeing groups looking exhausted, weak, pale, too skinny, etc. But again, they signed up for it, they knew what they were getting into.
snowgrl098 yeah but thats exactly what bothers me yet admire about kpop. these girls know exactly how tough it is but they must have such a passion to perform that they are willing to go through it. but still, theyre humans, not idol machines. kpop industry should be able to keep these people happy and portray a healthy body and mental image.
Crayon Pop fan since july!! so glad they are picking up popularity.
For god sakes, they missed breakfast and were late! Its not a big deal! This is why most kpop idols get sick nowadays and why some choose to leave! Aka DONGHO!
soyul so cute...like a little kid when she asked if they could go on the rides
thanks for the sub :) keep up the good work. this is fantastic, crayon pop daebak! kmdsubs daebak!
these girls are adorable! and the managers shouldn't take too much flak, they're trying their best too
Whatever that had happened made them what they are today ... responsible, discipline, professional and capable of enduring hardships. To gel a team of 5 individuals of differing backgrounds and personalities, there'll always be a tough breaking-in process. To achieve one-ness, teamwork and co-ordination, everyone must learn to be less selfish but to put in more hardwork for each other, making constant adjustments in everything before they can even become competent as a group. So long as there're no abuse, even though they seems mean and uncompromising, managers and trainers are just doing their job as required by the big boss to groom and develop them into the group with their objectives in mind.
I guess the fact that they are so carefree with their image, relaxed and unafraid to speak out towards their company is cause they're all quite close to their managers and staff, age wise. It's quite cool seeing women debuting quite recently, as compared to the loads of teen aged girl groups. You can actually tell too that they're mature, they just have that fun attitude resulting from life experiences and such.
The managers were so mean.
seems like in all shows like this, theres a part where the manager/coreographer gets angry with the idols and they get scolded and cry.
정말 고생많이했다 ㅜㅜ 화이팅!!
Wow.. the ppl they work for are strict. The life of an idol.
Oh my god they are way older than i thought they were
WOW !!! ChoA has always been my favourite but just look how cute she was with that short hairstyle !!! 💕💕💕💕
They have to eat food is really important 😢😢😢
They are all so cute
The managers also have to show that they're working hard especially when the cameras roll. Kind of easy to understand and almost certainly not a serious issue.
I think Crayon Pop is Chrome's only artist so why do they treat them so poorly? Honestly when groups get treated this way they will end up breaking up or leaving the company. Crayon Pop is such a fun and unique group, I'd be so sad if that happened.
After watching this I feel bad for them
if the company doesn't start showing them a little bit of reward I think they'll probably end up breaking or one of them will break
I also think the leader needs to be more leader'ish and give the younger members more strength.
Even though they get scolded too much they still have to take their job seriously. I mean it's sick that they don't get to eat their meals! But if they're at an amusementpark to work, then they should be responsible and work. But I love them :3 Crayon Pop
in my opinion all the other girl groups out there should watch this and see how laid back these girls are despite Chrome's constant pressure.
Wow. Choa had a completely different look back then. I'm glad she lightened her hair since those early days. She must have changed it soon after this episode. This is the first video of her I've seen with that short dark hair.
Very similar to SECRET STORY (when Secret debuted). Getting scolded by staff (also by choreographer), Hana (Zinger) getting lost and late etc.
Here (like in Secret Story), I think they planned the "scolding" parts but the girls might not be told abt it in advance so that they give the "right" reaction but these girls seem like they dont give a f*** lol. I'm beginning to like them :)
I felt differently, no matter how harsh or rude a manager and choreographer are. They still need to eat and work together as a group. Looking the company itself, they are really dependent on this girls. Likewise, this girls have got no choice but to follow their harsh rules. Surprisingly, despite dancing pretty well; they still pinpoint on little details. Overall i think the company is very mean, they should eat before practicing.
I think the one good thing about the managers being hard on the girls is it seems to unite Crayon Pop against their managers haha
I love you all Crayon Pop! Fighting
요즘 잘 나가니까 메니저도 아무 말 못하겟넿ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 언니들 힘 내세요!!
I dont mind what the managers were doing to them. It's whats best i mean look at them now. In an interview they even said that it's like their second parents to them. All of the people in Chrome Ent work hard!
My new favourite girl group. At first I know Ellin through All The Kpop, then Bar Bar Bar just really got my attention. The song is very unique with cute costume and dance! Sorry Crayon Pop I did not know you earlier, but I promise to support you from now on.
Crayon Pop, fighting!!!
We could really us this kind of structure in the US music scene.
It's a kind of Korean culture because of historical reason. Korean regard the harsh condition might be the key to success and distinguish from others.
Thanks for the subs, without you guys I wouldn't have ever known they had a show.
Няшки ) Самая необычная , крутая группа . Милашки )
You know, the manager is right ... But about the food and the practise that was wrong ...
At first, I think it's cute for the girls to do something like begging for eat and playing
But when it happens for the 2nd and the 3rd time, I finally understood the managers' feeling for begging them to have some more of responsibility
We can't judge the managers that they're really bad since u know, this video just show a little bit of their life to us
And their managers are being with them for 24 hours, so they must be know their personality better
Crayon Pop fighting!!
They are really cramped.
crayon pop hwaiting!! we will support u!
トレーナーの厳しい指導があるから、彼女たちは舞台であの高い歌唱力とダンスを披露できるんでしょうね^^
2:00 와.. 진짜 점쟁이 진짜 용하네
They get in troubles because of food...
Is it just me or didn't soyul looks like chen????? And gummi is sooooo cute
Not to burst anyone's bubble. But this is basically how companies treat their singers. This could be scripted or not, but a singer's life, especially in Korea, is not all fun and games. This can be real or fake, I have no idea. But I know for a fact that Asian singers live a hard life.
혼내는 부분에서 재미있게 하려고 설정(대본)이 들어간 듯..
방송국에서 그렇게 하자고 하면 신인인 크레용팝 회사는 따라야겠지.
yup
cute soyul and way!!!!
Soyul was the first to get married then Gunmi the second ❤
I do think so too! lol Eunjung Jiyul and Ellin, they can be sisters. xD
Yeah, they stayed up late, woke up late (past 10) when they are supposed to be at work at 9. And you know, they were goofing off pretty heavily the previous night too. It's not as if they were in a big hurry to get to sleep, so they could wake up early. I've gone to work with only two hours sleep. If I came in late and then just started doing my own crap instead of working, they'd fire me.
they get scolded too much!
1:51 we now got the answer to choa's question hahaha. soyul.. soyul.. can't believe you are a mom now.
이사님은 진짜 혼내시는것 같아 무서워 ㄷㄷ
Lol the staff def did all that because of the camera. They're letting it all out "this day" when they're actually being filmed.
I watched crayon pop TV before this show, so it's weird seeing the girls so tense around wife Jung, lol
can u belive they are 20 years old???????? wow i thought thy were 17/19
Actually, the scolding scene was scripted.
they said that in one of CPTV episodes.
and they even made fun of their manager lol.
saying "Does this look like a joke?(18:55)" with the Gangnam style meody.
Thank you! ^^
well yes, but making them skip a meal... idk.. but this like when the group has just started and i think now they have a better relationship with their manager as evident in the newer episodes of CP TV.. guess they have worked it out.
OMG. Their manager is so mean
I remember when people said this nugu group won't go anywhere .. Now they are headlining for Gaga ! MWAhahahaha ..
Tanya37red What does nugu and gaga mean?
RussNo1 Nugu means new ( rookie) and they opened for Lady Gaga in the U.S. .
I'm very anxious for the 2nd part ^^ Thank you for the subs! :)
Thank you!
thanks guys!
why didn't the cameraman just call the other cameraman?
Awesome. Thanks for the subs, guys. Keep up the good work.
There is a good doc clip speaking to Crayon member Way after the group broke up, discussing how members of the group had to take out bank loans the first two years to support themselves while being in the group--then profits were slip 60-40 in the company's favour. They slept in those cramped accommodations with cameras following them and then they get shit for showing up the next morning late for practice? Those girls were treated like shit. Yeah, they had a choice to be there, but it is so easy to take advantage of the dreams and dedication of the young, make money off it, and leave them with little, if anything, to show for it. Those girls entertained alot of people, myself included, and they deserved better. Check out Way talking about management at:
th-cam.com/video/KdOA5BCwBi0/w-d-xo.html
...These girls are older than me, I seriously thought they were younger than me
크레용팝 진짜 너무 좋아하지만
매니저마음 충분히 이해해요
사람들이 몰라주고 무조건 매니저탓하는게 조금은 안타까워요
They need to eat to have energy to practice and perform. I can underdtand why the manager pressure and scold's them but if they faint of hungry or somethin even more serious isnt that worse? They just want some churros why not buy like maybe 3 for them to share at least they have some energy and a good mood to start off the event
Even if this is scripted it's nice seeing kpop girl group members be so.. real lol. I feel most others are kinda stiff but this group seems so much more like real girls, they're relateable. It's cute and refreshing.
That's how a manager should be but I am glad to hear that it's scripted. Since they are new and not soooo popular, it's ok, but when they become famous (I am sure they will) he and he should know "why their pocket is getting havier." Couldn't resist from saying it. By the way, I like Ellie very much.
i do it all the time :D
please think with your brain, manager is a job, they dont do their job properly they get fired, rules is rules. you are lenient and if something happens, the manager will face the consequences. talking about money sucker, its the CEO and shareholders....
is it just me or ellin and jiyul(dalshalbet) look like a twin..?
I felt bad for them they remind me of Girl's Day when they use to get in trouble :( but Girl's Day was not that bad tho
It's true don't be late. But you need food to release energy right? Dancing on a empty stomach and 7 hour sleep is hard work on the body. You can't give it your all without food since food operates the brain !
And now soyul is married and has jamjam
why does the managers treated them so badly? even though they are singers, but still they are human. the managers should let them have their meals.
Who cares if this is the business people have rights and basic needs no matter who they are. And I think these girls need to be shown a little more respect seeing as how far they have gone in making a name for themselves . they even put up with all of that crap to do it.
Thanks!
내 말이...애들 좀 쉬게 해주라. 불쌍하다.
I don't think that the managers are being cruel. The girls do have to eat, that's true, but do you get to eat when you're running late for school or work? If you have to be somewhere on time then its your responsibility to be there. To be honest, if my sister or someone else I knew was acting like this I would probably say a lot worse than the managers have here.
some of you people are taking this far too seriously.
so you really think they normally eat first before their training and practice their dancing with a full stomach?
its just staged to let the fans know. whilst the manager is on a friendly basis with the girls. but he can also be a strict teacher too when necessary.
the 2 episodes about their life diary. so it will show their good days and bad days.. happy. sad.. angry... just like what most people go through with their lives
keeping them in line, and making sure that the group makes it.
that takes dicipline
And We see most American artists lose their hunger after a successful debut album. They get millions thrown at them and put out albums even they wouldn't bother listen to.
I hope Crayon Pop sticks together Forever Forever Forever
whats the backround music if the mood get dark ive heard it in some anime i think
u know what? what did they do????
lolz hide the underwares!
I can not believe those managers or choreographers or whatever they are in the studio ! Absolutely disgusting the way these girls had to live and they don't even provide them proper facilities. Hope someone sees this and makes big changes in the industry and fires their backsides!
I understand you have to keep your artist hungry even if they are successful. This way the artist keeps giving you the best or their abilities. BUT FOR THE LOVE A GOD ALLOW THEM TO PUT SOMETHING IN THEIR SYSTEM BEFORE THEY WORK HARD!!!
telling them to practice before eating anything does not sound professional to me...
Seriously, if I find out my staff was THIS MEAN; on my signed talents. I will ask him to resign within 3 months. Pity .... Crayon Pop.
Am I the only one that kind of agrees with the managers and staff? Yes, I agree they should eat. But they're not being starved! They ate breakfast after dance practice. They seem like all they want to do is play. They need to learn to differentiate pleasure and work. What the staff is saying is not wrong. And sometimes while it's harsh, it can be reality. Especially in the Korean industry.
yeah because kpop groups would get sooooooo far without them
Soyun Ans way run awey
did he meant to say f-u-w-l? or f-u-double l?
Older girls acting young and looking five years younger?
A manager pressure them to be successful?
WELCOME FOLKS TO ASIA!!!!!
e.g. U know Sungha Jung the crazy guitarist?
if u watch older arrangement of him when he was about 8/10, im sure his parents do pressure ,too.
What does menboong mean?
Yehezkiel Chan When did Ellin go through an mental breakdown o.o?
when I saw Way and Soyul with churros when the manager was searching for them, I knew they'd be in deep shit xD
