I wonder if JYP loves what Crayon Pop did with this song as much as I do? I can't be objective because I'm completely in love with these girls, but I can't think of any other girl group that could do a video like this, dressed the way they are and still be so darned cute.
this is truly more than a parody. it's obvious to me that CP is trying to show their respect for JYP, as an innovator in early Kpop music and as an inspiration for CP as a group. When I got interested and watched one of their reality shows, I couldn't believe that the demure girl I saw was the one performing with the second best (Soyul has to be first tbh) expression and acting out her role perfectly. She's amazing, such a pro

I am a 51 year old metal head from the USA. Sepultura, Soulfly and Megadeth are my fac bands. My elder sister was visiting me and I knew she was a huge ABBA fan. ( a 1970's era group ) They had a #1 song named "dancing Queen ". I told her I had a surprise video loaded up and ready to watch. I clicked play and went to kitchen to get an adult beverage. What I heard was NOT Dancing Queen by ABBA. She laughed at me and said I had fooled her. After she went to sleep in the guest bedroom I went to youtube once again and clicked on 'Dancing Queen " ....I was mesmerized by what I had just watched. That is how I discovered CP.

This is just too funny! These girls are quite the characters. Imagine how liberating it would be to just do whatever creative thing happens to pop into your head without caring if everyone thinks you're "a dork"... And make a living that way! That's the life these women have created for themselves. That alone is awesome! Hats off to you Crayon Pop!
