You can only wonder how spoiled the first guy must have been as a child. I mean, having practically every single hit toy line of the 80s in various bins for the eye to see simply mind-boggles me. I'm glad Froggy was able to enjoy this amazing find, all so that we can enjoy it. Keep those videos rollin', my friend.
I understand your point, but call me cynical-I doubt those were his actual childhood toys fresh out of the attic. I'm open to disagreement, but based on the extensive Funko Pop collection, this seems like someone who regularly attends shows and has been collecting as an adult, possibly downplaying their knowledge of the value. The only thing that challenges this theory is that nearly all the toys were broken
This guy was rough on his stuff. There were very few pieces that weren't broken. I had friends like that. They put everything in the pool, lit stuff on fire, threw it in the air across the yard. It was so foreign to me. Everything I had , had to be back in the box at the end of the night. It paid off later in life as I have everything displayed in my office now at the house.
16:30 wow! I remember going to the mall with a friend in the late 80s. His mom dropped him and me off there for a few hours so he could do some “school shopping”. Well after spending most of his $ at the arcade and food court we wandered into toys r us and he bought those two exact weapons with the last of the money. The axe for him and the scythe for me so we could do battle. A short while later it was time to get picked up and after showing his mom our new toys she asked where his school clothes were. He had TOTALLY forgot to do any school shopping! She was so angry at him and at me too for side tracking him, she yelled at us the whole way home, me trying not to laugh and and my friend trying not to cry. I forgot all about that until I just saw these again
The reason why I like your videos. You're very polite and never seen you act or do anything that takes me back. It's also entertaining to see all these treasures.
Weird to see a generation not far from mine that grew up with so much plastic based toys that are now worth a fortune. Having been following this channel I recently dug out my old Meccano box sets and UK Action Man collection from my parents spare room and was delighted to see them in decent condition and take a nice stroll down memory lane. Impressed to see the eBay price of what I have, but just cannot bring myself to sell those memories.
Honestly, buying vintage stuff directly from the original owner is very hard for me to do. I just can’t be the one to take those memories from them, even if they are ok with leaving them.
The. Last. Garage. Was. SO SO. COOL. !!!! It. Was. Worth. The. Wait. !!!! Thank you FROGGY !!!! Love. The. 70,80, & 90. !!!! Good. Hunt !!!! I. Love. Your. Yard. Sale's. !!!! TERESA HAYWARD CALIFORNIA USA
Great variety of toy collection buys Anthony from the 80's - 2000's.😮🤩 My favorite is the Showbiz collection that you split up love it.🤯🤔😍 You always have lots of luck finding some sweet stuff.🎉🤘 Take care.👍🔥❤️💪👌
Those crash test dummies cars reminded of when I was kid growing up in the 60's & 70's and got Kenners Smash Up Derby set the Christmas the year they were released I had so much fun with those. The Lynx 2 was a great find I bought myself that launch day for my 30th Birthday having owning and being a big fan of the original. ❤😊
My young niece saw a book on Polynesian figurines with their tongues out and making faces and wondered if people from that time collected them. I thought of Froggy surrounded by Madballs and had the biggest smile on my face. I told her that at least a couple people from that time collected Tiki statues and probably traded to get the ones they wanted.
Hey froggy, my wife and I recently had twin boys and they’re three months old now. They’re a handful but watching your videos are my escape mentally for a little bit, thanks for what you do.
That dude was never bored as a kid! Sheesh I had a few hemans, joes, and turtles I got for maybe christmas. I dont ever remember having more than 10 toys at any given time lol or any of my friends
I've been buying and selling toys for over 30 years. If I never sold anything I'd be homeless and a millionaire, homeless because I never made money and a millionaire because of all the value. But priceless on all the stories and discoveries and treasure hunting and meeting new people. Plus, a bad day at work for me is a good day at work for most people because I love what I do. I remember a teacher in elementary telling me to put my Star Wars figures away that I wouldn't be able to play with toys when I grow up and that I would have to find a job. I wish I could go back and tell her Hold My Dart Vader and see you in 25 years, LOL.
You take me back when I was a kid like all of us we should have kept all of our toys. Especially show biz pizza. I live in Michigan and that was the place. The movie Shocker was my favorite and I seen the comic called gotcha in the video. You know that there's a movie called gotcha. Its a really good movie check it out please 🙏🏻 thanks for all your hard work and love for toys.
You guys have the best of the best cream of the crop stuff out there. Wow what an amazing collection and a fantastic haul. Love your videos from Wales 🏴
There is so much stuff out there. Also the stuff that was absolutely worthless when I was a dealer is now starting to become sought after. It's all cyclical. Heck, even some of the old cowboy stuff that used to be staggeringly expensive when I was super active is now starting to come down in price because all the old people who would be into that are passing away and there aren't enough younger collectors around to replace them
Great seeing 90s star wars micro machines. Such a playable and detailed line.Their tricky to display, one clever idea was to use them as scale toys for vintage collection characters.
Wow! Toy overload! Amazing stuff in all of those collections, but my favorite is the collection of Bandai mini robots at 14:21. A lot of those mini robots are from 70's anime Super robot shows like Mekander robo and Daltanious. Nice to see that in a random pile of toys. I hope you got to add some sweet pieces to your collection.
I would have had a collection with tons of this stuff, TMNT, Spawn, Transformers, lego sets, jurassic park, and so on. But my dad and step mom gave probably 7 tubs full of stuff away when I was visiting my mother over the summer in like 2002. Very sad day to come back home.
Glad you put this video's together! There was so much to go through! Tough to come up with an amount of money to offer, but you always do such a great job! I love the shirt, I'm a big fan of Elm Street films😊. Hope the family is well, till next time!!❤
Wow! Simply incredible! That clear mask you picked up triggered a childhood memory. My older sister was babysitting me and made me watch the movie Alice Sweet Alice and I was traumatized. Granted, I was only like 5. 😂 ...and that Show Biz Pizza collection was out of this world awesome! -Amy
I love watching and doing this myself but you make it so much better because were close to the same age and i had all the stuff you look for keep being you Anthony 👍🏻
I’m always amazed at the size of people’s properties in the US. Massive garages, big rooms. So much space. Typical UK house owner here, 2 up 2 down & small garden. 1930’s house.
Awesome video. Would have been cool to see how much you paid for the first 3 lots and also to see what happened with the mitzi and duke dolls at the end.
I haven't seen the video yet but I do want to leave a message before I enjoy the videos and everything you bring to the community I am not a collector of toys but I do love your Channel I'm going to understand the value and appreciation of toys because of you I hope your channel continues for many years and I hope you are happy doing this cuz I'm pretty sure that you're happy we will get a lot of videos from you thank you your family and your time and sometimes I wish you would have had a store where we can all go and buy these things that you find if you do have one let me know cuz I don't know about it
They're trying to expand the brand with video games, NFTs and other items but yeah it is pretty much dying atm. They're scaling back their releases and there are sales of them everywhere I go bc no one is buying them anymore. I don't think they will disappear completely like the Beannie Babies but their best days are over for sure.
The beanie babies fad lasted like 2 or 3 years. Funkos have been around almost 15 years already. The big difference between beanie babies and funkos is licensed products. There is always going to be someone interested in certain movies and shows.
I saw all of those Robot B-9’s in that last clip and really wanted Froggy to scan over there so I could see them better. Still, great video of misfit toys.
I grew up in Indianapolis and show biz pizza was our go to and children's palace. I would never sell anything from those 2 places. Thats nostalgic amplified
So many cool finds especially in that collection you found that has the Atari lynx and the original Gameboy with those games..I would have love to have found those myself 😅..I’m intrigued by the Showbiz Pizza place stuff you’re collecting I’m not familiar with that place maybe because I grew up more with Chuck E Cheese
Froggy man I saw those Gremlins Books and Records. Those were from Hardees with kids meals! I used to have almost all of them as a kid. Begged my parents to go to Hardees to get them.

I can see your point of view on that one, my brotha. Either way, Froggy came out on top, and that alone brings me immense joy.
@@josuerodriguez5866he is certainly the daddy that’s for sure! ❤
@@nickjohnjames30 You should see my attic brother. Its full to the brim with toys from my childhood.

17:50 Omg the rabbit’s foot in the box. Love watching your videos, and getting flash backs of my childhood. Thank you 🥲
I caught that too! Are rabbit's foot keychains still a thing anymore??
@@JR-ze1fv I haven’t even heard anyone suggest, carry a rabbit’s foot for luck. We had so many, our cats would steal them lol. 😅
6:29 this motion of the figure arms shows Froggy's inside emotions on the toys that lay before him. -arms flailing -"weeeeeee toys!!!" 😂
I fully support u doing compilations like this on footage that doesn't lend itself to become a whole show.
✌️❤️🐸

That first guy had some cool toys as a kid.
Man that's a ton of cool stuff. I'd be happy for months going through all that stuff.

Love your video's, Froggy. Always a joy to watch!
The first guy had everything that I’m trying to collect now, in my 40’s!
Always love when you post! Thanks Froggy!
Omg that vintage plush Alf is everything my younger self ever wanted. I kinda want it now too. ❤

Anyone else think FUNKOS are going to end up like Beanie Babbies? Like they will just fade out?
I've always felt that , so wide and varied , maybe certain pop culture pieces may sustain value but there is so much of it.
