I think he did a amazing job .. he is who he is he is one of the best recruiters I’ve ever seen.. he got these boys .. and I’m from cali too and haven’t been home in years I can’t imagine how hard the kids are to control these days great job I enjoyed watching u make that school and help so many kids … my grandson .. got D-2 offers after high school .. but he graduated early I started watching the show to learn more about why My Grandson chose to go to Jouko instead of taking his D2 offers i’ve learned a lot I know it’s gonna be rough for him .. but I totally understand thank you for being in that show you were one of his favorite coaches actually.. and mine too and We also like coach laney .. u too rock .. god bless u hope u go onto helping more young men .. in future .. If you’re a good coach, you don’t have to try and “control” the players 🤦🏽♂️. Controlling players are for coaches who can’t coach. There’s a difference between a great coach and a good recruiter. Jb was a good recruiter who cussed a lot for no reason and thought talent would win games

I'll say this for Coach Brown tho he loves the players no doubt and wants to see them succeed. When his best guys weren't playing at their full potential he took a look at his roster saw he wanted to prove themselves.

You have to talk their language to get them to understand you and respect you if you want to get them moving that’s the ONLy thing they understand.
