Jeepers I've seen some bad things in my time but this has to top the lot. How anyone can be so cruel, heartless and evil enough to make jokes and fun about the brave young man in this video is beyond me. You see pain every day, you see hurt and heartbreak everyday but you don't see devastation like this. Children deserve so much better than what this world can offer them and although I'm not a religious man I genuinely hope that that little legend has gone to somewhere brilliant. My condolences and love go to the family. RIP you tiny legend.

The daughter of my cousin and her husband died from neuroblastoma at the late age of 13. She was an extraordinary girl, so full of fun and wit, extremely intelligent, the sweetest face. That was over ten years ago, and I don't believe her parents have ever recovered from it. They get on with life, but there's loss and haunting that affects them still.

My granddad was like 93 when he died when I was 16 and that was 2022 and now it's 2024 and you can't go through that pain and I feel like happy and sad but not heartbroken It was just so heartbreaking
I never knew Lloyd personally,but sometimes I sit and just think about him,such an amazing strong boy who was taken from us too early,rip babyboy❤️.
Keep smiling down from heaven on us all💕.

The thing that stand up to cancer needs to do more is show that it's not always terminal and people can get through it and lose it. Because even though it's amazing hearing the stories as soon as anyone hears that word they automatically think of death and they shouldn't
It is very sad and heartbreaking to see your child being diagnosed with cancer
It's always the father breaking down that gets me. When you think of a father you think of a strong man that will keep a smile on his face for you no matter what happens but when they don't and they begin to show that sadness everyone has it just gets me
I lost my granddad to cancer, and my other granddad had cancer (but the cancer didn't kill him. It was a heart attack), now I have two uncles fighting cancer.

I'm feeling so low because of Thames Water and Virgin bringing my health through the floor mentally plus I lost my boy he still on this Earthly World but he is 16 Sunday and I miss him.. Does anyone think that there is a cure for cancer but because of over population and people living longer etc they won't give it to us? I just feel with all the technology we have and all the medical advances why aren't we finding a cure for cancer yet. Something preventative perhaps I'm not educated on these matters it just seems like we should have more than we do for treatments etc.
