When I made a similar muffin recipe it said to freeze the cream cheese mixture after you rolled it into a small log. Thicker than a pencil I'd say and after it freezes you can just stick it down into the muffin and bake.
Why is it supposed to be bad to eat raw doughs or cake batters there’s many folks who eat eggs raw, I don’t understand the issue🤷🏻♀️ as a kid I always licked the beaters after my mom made a cake batter etc and I’m still here😝 Anyhoo, your muffins turned out delicious looking Toni, another yummy baked treat perfected by you, cheesecake stuffed pumpkin muffins are amazing😋 TYFS, have a nice night and a blessed tomorrow🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏
