I think people should take up a personal project to speak uplifting words over their souls . And do it so many times till they finally believe and assimilate it.

I’m caring for my elderly mother, who has Alzheimer’s….she gets very agitated sometimes and can say terrible things to me….and I have to puff up my powderpuff pink aura to slough hateful, hurtful words off….truly, my spirit is getting stronger, but my patience and endurance is being stretched to the nth degree!!!!!!!!🥴🥴🥴
