I kept my eyes closed on the nature trail once, and a woman* who was part of an energetically aggressive group came and stood right next to my head. I was lying on a boulder resting between crunches. She started yelling to her group about 50 yards away. I never opened my eyes. It was my peace and joy energy that repelled her manic energy, I am sure. She walked away after a few minutes. I don't advise it, but it was an interesting experience.🌻 *She was whyt with aggressive whyt wmn energy. Sis, you remind me that I am in good natural and creative company, in spite of and due to our immediate surroundings. Thank you. Blessings 💙

This was so perfect! The video showed you slowing down in those moments that you didn’t have your eyes closed, and then the deep breathes when you did. And I love how you smiled here and there and then with the thumbs up…like this is really what it looks like when you slow down, and that can look different for everybody.
