    Been coaching throws for years and I couldn't agree more. I've been preaching the effectiveness of the Snatch for 15 years. It is BY FAR the best lift for building explosive, flexible power.

    Interesting, I would have picked the clean and jerk. You get the pull and the press and you get a double load, but I understand your logic.
