    1 Spinach Cream Pasta
    ** essential **
    1 serving of linguine noodles (120g)
    1.5T tuna liquid
    3 cups of water (550ml)
    10 cherry tomatoes
    1 bunch of spinach
    Crushed Red Pepper Whole or Peperoncino 0.5T
    Minced garlic 0.5T
    3T cream cheese
    4T olive oil
    Pepper powder to taste
    Parmesan cheese powder to taste
    2. Tomato broth pasta
    ** essential **
    80g frozen seafood mix
    3T olive oil
    1/2 onion
    1T minced garlic
    Mara sauce 1.5T
    1 serving of linguine noodles (120g)
    1T tuna liquid
    1.5 cups commercial tomato sauce
    4 cups of water (720ml)
    ** optional **
    A little parsley powder
    a little pepper powder
    3. Vongole pasta
    ** essential **
    Clams (200g) (or Dongjuk)
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    Olive oil 9T (garlic oil 5T, sauce making (emulsification) 3T, finishing 1T)
    1T minced garlic
    Crushed red pepper 0.5T (or peperoncino, Vietnamese pepper, dried pepper)
    550ml water
    1T tuna liquid
    1T parsley powder (or fresh parsley)
    ** Clams are removed **
    1L of water, 2T of salt
    4. Olive Tomato Pasta
    ** essential **
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    1/4 onion
    15 olives
    20g butter
    1 can of tomato whole (400g)
    600ml water (1.5 cups from a can of whole tomatoes)
    2T sugar
    Crushed red pepper or peperoncino 0.5~1T
    1T tuna liquid
    1/3T minced garlic
    * optional*
    basil
    Parmesan cheese powder
    5. Perilla leaf tuna pasta
    ** essential **
    1 can of tuna (135g)
    1/4 large onion (1/2 small size)
    1T minced garlic
    1/5T flavoring salt
    Crushed red pepper 0.5T (dried pepper, peperoncino, Vietnamese pepper, Cheongyang pepper available)
    1T tuna liquid
    6T olive oil
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    640ml of water (3.5 cups of paper cup)
    10 perilla leaves
    * optional*
    Appropriate amount of sesame seeds
    6. Chicken stew & pasta
    ** essential **
    350g chicken thigh meat
    1 onion
    1 green onion
    4 heads of cabbage, 100g
    360 ml (2 cups) commercial tomato spaghetti sauce
    720ml (4 cups) water
    2T dried basil
    Red Pepper Hole 0.5T
    Chicken stock 0.5T
    0.5T sugar
    ** Pasta (your choice) **
    1 cup (40g) fusilli pasta
    1 cup of farfalle pasta (40g)
    Approximately 30 pieces (40g) of linguine pasta
    7. Steak Pasta
    [2 plates of steak + 1 plate of steak pasta] (2-3 people)
    ** essential **
    10 garlic cloves
    6 button mushrooms
    1/4 onion
    200g x 2 for beef fantail steak
    Appropriate amount of salt to taste
    10T olive oil
    Appropriate amount of peppercorns
    40g butter (20g steak, 20g pasta)
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    1T tuna liquid
    200ml milk
    360ml of water (2 cups of paper cups)
    3T balsamic vinegar
    Appropriate amount of wasabi
    Appropriate amount of whole grain mustard
    * optional*
    rosemary or thyme
    [1 plate of steak pasta] (1-2 people)
    ** essential **
    5 cloves of garlic
    3 button mushrooms
    1/4 onion
    200g beef fantail steak
    Appropriate amount of salt to taste
    10T olive oil
    Appropriate amount of peppercorns
    30g butter (10g steak, 20g pasta)
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    1T tuna liquid
    200ml milk
    360ml of water (2 cups of paper cups)
    3T balsamic vinegar
    Appropriate amount of wasabi
    Appropriate amount of whole grain mustard

    rosemary or thyme
    8. Rose pasta
    ** essential **
    5 frozen shrimp (to taste)
    1 serving of linguine pasta (120g)
    20g butter
    Crushed red pepper 0.5T (or peperoncino or Vietnamese pepper or dried pepper or Cheongyang pepper)
    0.5T sugar
    0.5T red pepper paste
    1T tuna liquid
    1/4 onion
    180ml (1 cup) commercial topato spaghetti sauce
    550ml (3 cups) water
    Together Vanilla Ice Cream 5T (0.8 cup)

    Minced garlic 0.5T
    Appropriate amount of parsley powder

    삼플님 요긴하게 자주 만들어먹고있는데요, 일반적으로 링귀니면이랑 일반 스파게티면이랑 삶는시간이 뭐가 더 짧은가요? 링귀니 면 다먹어서 집에남은 일반 스파게티면으로 똑같이 해볼까싶어서요.

      좋게 봐주셔서 감사합니다! 보통 스파게티면이 삶는 시간이 더 짧은데요. 댓글 보니 일반 스파게티면은 물 450ml정도로 하면 괜찮다고들 하시더라구요! 참고하세요!🫶😁

    영상 잘보고 있습니다. 우유 넣는 파스타 레시피 따라하다가 치즈가 없어서 어쩔수 없이 우유와 물만 넣고 만들었는데 우유가 끓으면서 덩어리가 지던데 치즈를 안넣었기 때문인가요?

    선생님 제가 선생님 알리오 올리오를 따라해서 맛있게 만들어 먹었는데요, 이상하게 제가 만든건 약간 시큼..? 한 맛이 나더라구요. 제가 치킨스톡, 아보카도오일, 링귀니면, 크러쉬드페퍼, 간마늘 이렇게 쓰긴했는데 원인이 무엇일까요..? 제가 캐나다에 있어서 간마늘을 여기제품으로 썼는데 그것때문이려나요..?

      안녕하세요 지나가다 보고 댓글남겨요 미국이나 캐나다 마트에서 사는 다진마늘은 신맛이나요 저도 미국와서 냉동큐브만 쓰다 다떨어져서 local grocery 가서 한번 minced garlic샀었는데 떡볶이처럼 양념이 강한데서도 시큼한 맛이나서 그후로는 안써요 로컬마트는 냉동큐브마늘이나 깐마늘 쓰시고 기회가 생기시면 한국마트에서 파는 다진마늘 쓰시길 추천드려요 😊

      추가로 제가 경험하기로는 보통 다진마늘이 오래된 경우 또는 올리브유가 오래된 경우에 애들이 산화가 되서 그런지 신맛이 나더라구요. 참고하세요! 😁
