Great video and amazing timelapse!! I just got my hands on a Lumix G9 camera and I'm trying to get my timelapse videos to that smooth buttery professional look like what you have in your videos.
Adventure 360 good stuff - long shutter speeds does the trick, in daytime youd need a filter :) im sure the G9 will do a great job! Ive taken plenty of lapses just on my GH5 with super results! Happy lapsing my friend!
Nice video mate, does the S1 render a timelapse in camera and also give you the RAW files like the GH5. That's the one feature I do like about the Panasonics. I usually just shoot in camera timelapses on the M50 using the auto-exposure each frame but do think it's a good idea to capture the RAW files if you want to grade your timelapses in post..Good stuff!
Osman Akman i see - well it is a great camera, but id go for a much cheaper second hand nikon d810 for that to be honest. I have swapped to fujifilm now. I use it for everything (and does a great job i cant see any difference)
daniel please tell me how to make video of astrography in s1 . im trying but my shutter can't go down while recording video i want to make timelapse of stars . hope u understand what im trying to say
Hello Hadi, use a wide fast lens (f2,8 14-16mm is a good option) my settings are around 25 second shutterspeed and iso 1600. Do some testshots with manual focus and whitebalance, then set up the camera for timelapse :) thats about it! Most important is to have a good location, minimal light pollution and no moon for astro lapses. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
I dont have a slider or anything, so thats done in post. With the S1 I render 6K timelpases which gives room for the post productions zoom. Not as sexy as with a slider, but it does the trick. Did you see my Tokyo Timelapse video? Same thing there, and also some nice hyperlapses
+A Hassan it is for sure - looks like the new firmware upgrade will be available soon as well - that will be exciting with the video features for sure, and thanks mate, appreciate it :)
@@DanielBryn you welcome mate . yes the new firmware upgrade is awesome i think you can get it for free by registering the camera with Panasonic and giving proof purchase which i did they emailed me i will get it within 28 days for free try that
Nice work on the Time Lapses.
Hey - thanks a bunch! Stay tuned for awesome lapses from Tokyo, then Africa :)

Thanks! It does - good feature and cool to have the rendered lapse for your vlogs.
So when you render the timelapse video in-camera using the S1, is it still raw or changed to jpeg?
you still have the RAWs
Dear Daniel, I am willing to buy Panasonic Lumix S1. Can you suggest it? Thank you
Hello Osman - that depends. What will you use it for?
@@DanielBryn Hello I will use it Portrait and landscape. Thank you so much for your raply.

Are you doing the slow zoom in post, or do you have a mechanical device rotating the zoom ring?
