TBH, I think she always has this potential and ability...and they just don't turn her loose in most of the (non-game) group songs in order to maintain group balance or something. Even here, when they let her show what she's always been capable of just for an animated game theme song, there are a lot of solo stans of other members who are complaining about it and upset because she's getting so much attention for her performance. Heck, there are even OT3 people out there saying that she's not a good team player because she dances too well and energetically in their concert performances, instead of matching the other member better. Then when she tones everything down, the same critics will attack her for "not having any special rapping, singing or dancing ability".

Why do I dare to say this,, because even since the trainee days Lisa always got an A in all aspects of Vocal, Rapp, writing lyrics, stage presence and many more..Jennie herself admits that means Lisa really mastered everything since before debut, but what limited it by only highlighting the Rapp and dance.. even though Lisa deserves to be called an all founder because she mastered everything naturally and wasn't formed by an agency, even the former creative director of YG in 2020 said that Lisa is a dream all the producers, she is very talented, she is the only trainee who during the monthly evaluation she has never received criticism from the teacher.. she always gets appreciation and praise..YG getting Lisa is like winning the LOTTERY..she also said she really regretted that YG didn't fully explore Lisa's talent. People in her own agency say that, meaning Lisa is indeed very talented but her talent is suppressed

I can't help cackling when I recall how the producer, Ryan Tedder, first boasted about working with 2 girls from Blackpink (the ones allowed to travel and network) and then whined for weeks on his sm last year that his songs weren't included on Blackpink's second album. Yes, the overpriced so-called full album. "Born Pink" - one more scam from YG, consisting of 24 minutes and 8 songs. A slap in the face of loyal blinks, because YG never respected the group and its fandom, and never wanted Blackpink to flourish. On the day Lisa officially leaves that horrible company, we, lilies, will celebrate.
