i stayed there for 2 nights a few years ago prior to the facelift. There is no desk, I don't like having to sit in bed with my laptop (on my lap), the other thing is that the walls are thin you can hear conversations next door and down the hallway. The pool and gym are across the road in A-One The Royal Cruise, when I stayed there the Mood Hotel was named A-One. On the plus side it is the best hotel gym I have used in Thailand.
@@PremierTraveler Yeah that is good for them. Publicity and advertising are very effective. For me though just that garish yellow color everywhere would turn me off haha
There's a couple that I've stayed at that were similar. Great location but overpriced. The Serenotel on Soi 10 near Beach road (never again) and an old one on Soi 13/2 called Sureena.
@@kevinw3800 I actually walked past that hotel when filming todays video and thought to myself I should check out a room inside there with it being modern. I’ll nip in this weekend 👍
@PremierTraveler perfect. They both seem close to beach road for the baht bus to walking street and second road for the baht bus down to Dolphin Roundabout and equally close to Soi Honey and on to Buakhao
I guess this hotel is supposed to be built in the modern ultra compact style where you are supposed to happily pay much more for much less so you can can enjoy that urban chic style. No thanks for me, I prefer an older slightly run down room that is bigger.
Spent 3weeks at TJ Guest house right up the soi for $100 US a week in low season.. No facilities but huge room and bathroom..clean and comfortable!
yeah that is a favorite of Reds too
great idea to set the 'fridge under the hand basin, when the basin starts dripping (which it will) it's a huge fire risk

Them rooms are shocking!
Mate 1300 b is dear , it’s nice and clean but really tight in space
Crazy price for what you get. Good grief, but thanks Reds for the video
Apparently this hotel is hugely popular with tourists, didn’t see the appeal myself, like I mentioned it looks better suited for families

I've seen bigger broom cupboards
Would you be able to check out soi 10 hotels... Page 10 and the Stay hotel please? Thanks

When pricing, the owners forgot that their hotel is situated in Pattaya, not London or Paris. Online price on agoda is 930 baht, still too much.
The room was way too small and basic for that price.
I wouldn't pay 300 baht a night for that shoebox
Don’t like it it’s more for students
Quit stereotyping students
@ sorry but so many in London have blue hair just stop oil and are complete lefties but my 17 year old isn’t woke my younger daughter is 😂
This is definitely too small, terrible...😕
