There are villa models - they’re around the corner on a different road. I live in a villa here and i agree that the location is great, with access to Venice and Englewood and the beach.
Is the community ok, lacking any age?
@@Qatari2007 it is a very nice community. There does seem to be more over 55 people, but I am seeing more younger people now. It is only 5% filled, but that’s what I see so far. The community is tight knit so far, with events planned that you can participate in if you want to.

@@cindyvitale9515 hmmm ok. Over here in Australia we always avoid ones 20 years or less. Always poor building, not matured, construction next door, etc
