Best advice a Dad can give his children. I was able to buy my first property as a condo after turning 21 years old. Even though I bought at the worst time being 2007 it wasn’t easy but now in my late thirties it’s almost paid off. Don’t worry the condition if it’s a good location. Best of luck and if you ever need a realtor in south west Florida to answer anything lmk!

I'll never understand why Instagram is so popular. It's a shitty primitive interface and there's actually nothing but just pictures and quick video. No words. No depth. It's like the jolt cola of social media

I hope in the process of teaching this kid how to make money and how to leverage his Fame that he also gets him a good education. Teach him about how the world works outside of just the economic realm. Maybe even getting tutored in a foreign language or two. Not everything is about just grinding to make money

You don't have to be a landlord. You hire a property manger. They collect rent, take a small percentage and send you a check every month. They take the calls, take care of move ins/outs, showings and everything else. They make investment property ownership easy.
