Hi Jon, I have both the Hammerjack 2 and the XWave callers. BOTH work excellent. On the subject of the decoy working: on the Hammerjack, I had to replace the fuzzy wuzzy once so far, cause Mr Yote came thru at MACH Jesus grabbed it and kept right on goin!! Never did or could find it. Its snowing here today, so I will be out tonight.
@@FOXPROINC Well, first 2 stands were duds. Last one, I got vocals back from north, south, and west. Traded insults back and forth for 10 minutes then silence. Sat it out for over 90 minutes trying different rabbit here and there. Nobody showed up, but I know where they are at. Tomorrow is another day, start over there.

I got Convergent hunting solutions bullet game call, never got fox, coyote and bobcat. I’m interesting to buy fox pro hi Jack and see if I can get fox, coyote and bobcat. I saw that you got another call on mountain lion too. Ohh interesting

I see the company has you trying to sell the lower cost units...obviously they work...so do ruger rifles. But I confess I miss the Hager customs and the x24 is boss. I'll never be convinced that less, is more.
I don’t see it that they are trying to get him to sell cheap stuff. It seems they’re trying to show that you can be a successful hunter without needing to spend a lot of money. ps I have an X24 and waaay too much money into my hunting rifle. 😁
Hi Jon, what volume setting do you recommend for the Patriot? I reckon it may be differ between rabbit distress and pup distress? I am hunting South Texas where there’s heavy brush.
I’d run the Patriot pretty loud, especially in your terrain. Fluctuate between 50% and max volume on prey distress. Pup distress I would run 75% to max. Run your howls at max.
What is the difference between that and a Patriot that's what I've been using for years When the volume only goes up to 20 that's the hardest damn thing it's to figure out where to start 10 or 20 with howls 5 for distress maybe Plenty of kills underneath my belt But trying not to burn their ears with something that's not super powerful but if your in Dance areas I have the Jack junior plugged in to my auxiliary of the Patriot that seems to be the only difference

I didn't know ppl hunt coyotes. Isn't feb mating season for them? I believe pups come in september.

It was called in, but spotted Jon before it made it to the opening. She came a little slower probably do to it being 10:30-11:00am late morning.
