He tries to be a lil agressive too with baby n us.. he throws lots of tantrums and also hits everyone. He loves his sister but unknowingly hurts her too... please advice tips on how i can manage him to walk through this period.

I don't have an experience on this but I can tell that if u show more love to elder one and give him some responsibility and keep a watch if he is doing that gracefully or not.. u can also talk to pediatrician about this... He is getting insecure u have to work something on that so that he starts loving and caring her sister 💞 u will have to give him sometime for this..
If he is feeling jealous then do not take his help in little girls things becz he may feel burden. It's better to spend quality time with him like u can bring toys or clothes for him or u can cook his favrt food or hold ur son hand and say.. 'gently touch ur sis becz she feels happy when her brother touch her or u can say ur sis love ur voice can u please sing a ryme for her' and also in night try to sleep with him and give him a tight hug. Somtime bring pastry or chocolate for hi(this all things make him feel special) Tell ur family members or whoever comes to ur home that give him more attention first then to little girl. I did this all things to my first son
