Hi chitrang, I've been using this OTC gel mixing it with calamine lotion, for over 11 months. I apply it both AM and PM as my dermatologist suggested. And if you want to apply any other serum like vit.c at AM do not apply the gel, only use at night. And if you want to introduce any bha/aha/niacinamide/alpha arbutin serum then stop using this gel, wait for 4 weeks once your acne condition is improved, then you can go in with the serums.

I've used this gel for acne with Tretinion. I also use it keeping BHA(twice a week in rountine). In a week on morning for three days I use Cerave Benzol Peraxoide wash then apply this. Rest four days, I clean face with only water and apply the gel. So far doing okay. My doctor said that Clindamycine is an antibiotic so I have can only use it three month with Benzol Peraoxide as our bodycreates immunity against Clindamycine. B.P helps to stop it. Howover, after three months, I can use Niacinamide. Because this gel already has 4% niacinemide in it. Hope this helps

Same problem to me also on 10 years but.. it's not spreaded. Stabled in lower lip. A patch like. Light pink colour.. I peel the lip skin long years back. It's gets pink patch.. what I have to do.. please rpl me..
