In commercial building as the occupants change new occupants come as per their requirement they make small holes for wiring & interior works in beams , Columns & ceiling ,
will it effect the structure in long run say 20-25 years due to moisture & air entering RCC through these drilled holes ?

@@jahindesai8277 meri building 13-14 saal purani hai fir bhi aise hi chat se cement niche girta hai aur parafit ke niche se bhi pura cement gir raha hai. Parafit ke andar se plaster nahi kiya hai.aisa kyu ho raha hai.
@@theincredible6016 sir bahut sare factors hai leckage ya sepage ke. Aap ka saliyo ka qualaty , sand, cement concreat , plaster . Abhi solution aisa hai ki aap terrace pe patra dal do ya asian weather coat har 2sal karwa lo. Uske baad aap ghar ka repairing karwa sakte ho. Outer Plaster se paani aane ka rasta pehele band karwado. Baad me hi repairing ka use hoga. Warna ye repairing koi kaam ka nahi hoga.

@@theincredible6016 plaster 1:3 ka karwaaen .1:2:3 ka gola banaaen . gola parapet wall aur chhat slab ke joint par banaaen . rain water pipe ke inlet hole ke paas 2 -4 saal par cement ghoala detae rahen .paani na jamne den .barsaat ke pahle har saal rain water out let hole clean karwate aur cement ghola dalwaate rahen .SA
