To make this answer better I would propose a couple of tweaks 1) In design questions what’s super important is to narrow down your ICP/user persona here the candidate seems to have be identifying pain points for both. If she had chosen one then it would be great! 2) Their needs to be a call out of where the experience stands today and why is it bad? Airbnb consistently per YoY has been increasing nights booked with a high customer satisfaction according to their earnings report, trying to go slightly more in depth and probably looking at competitors and AI trends with LLM would have provided a top notch answer Thanks Dianna for this mock interview video!
