The part about him not having to make any new code for each rival is what I've been trying to tell people for ages. Osana was the first official rival so of course she took a while to make, other rivals won't take as long seeing as they won't have to be made from scratch.

Different final endings depending on the methods used to dispose of the rivals meaning you need to approach situations in different ways for a "good" ending would be so awesome

Damien Humphries yess for example if yandere Chan kills every single rival (or a majority of them), I could imagine senpai developing a depression and maybe even kill himself. That would also prevent players from only using the physical elimination methods.

That "isnstead of physical rewards that you have to ship" is a big deal. I won't name who it is, but I have insider information on a kickstarter that met its goal and ever actually managed to finish the project entirely because the project lead set the shipping costs to "free" for physical rewards and the shipping costs for everything ate up so much of the funds that they couldn't complete the project. So, that's a good call.

Watching the development of Yandere Simulator has been a really interesting experience. I'm almost an entirely different person than I was when I 1st started following the developement, but the game is still as fascinating as it ever was for me. I got married, divorced, and engaged to a new fiance since the development began. I've made and lost friends, worked some wildly different careers, and now I'm considering having kids soon. I'm looking forward to buying a copy of this when the game is ready, Im sure having the finished product will be surreal af.

I have an idea for Senpai’s little sister! (Sorry I forgot her name) She could be in a ‘step up week’ where a lot of students come from a near by middle school to see how they like this high school. Senpai’s sister would be one of the middle school students who happens to be there for her brother! This could make it so you would have more kids to place around, you could give a her a walking bit so she can not be with senpai 24/7. Like maybe have her walk around school to see if she likes a club, with senpai in a distance of course.
I have an idea for Megami's week. Like you said in the video "How Will Yandere Simulator's Future Rivals Be Different From Osana", Megami's week could be when the Student Council elections are taking place. For this idea Megami would not have any interactions with Senpai because she would be too busy preparing for the Student Council elections. She is based on giving study points a use that players only use to kidnap students. Instead of doing one task for Megami and having her follow you around, you would have to do four tasks for Megami on Monday through Thursday. These tasks would be as follows: (MONDAY) Megami will ask you to follow her up with a bunch of flyers to hang in school only if you have LEVEL 1 in PHYSICAL EDUCATION. (TUESDAY) Megami had a chemistry test in which she will ask you for help only if you have MINIMUM LEVEL TWO in CHEMISTRY. (WEDNESDAY) Megami will ask you to ask the students what they think of her as Student Council President, you need LANGUAGE LEVEL 3. (THURSDAY) Megami will ask you to help her deliver a speech for which you need LEVEL 4 in PHYCHOLOGY. After doing these four tasks, you will have a conversation with Megami about Senpai and how, if Megami wins the election, she can stay with Senpai. To eliminate her, you would have to sabotage the votes to make Megami lose. I know it can be very difficult to implement in the game but it is an idea and I think it can be useful.
An idea i have instead is that Megami is a rival not because she likes Senpai but because she wants to expose us. The interactions would just be her gaining Senpai's trust so he would believe her (while she has a high reputation, meaning most people trust her, it would still be absurd if she called us out of nowhere when we haven't done anything suspicious), and we would have to sabotage those interactions and help around and finally make moves on Senapi so he and the rest of the school don't believe her and drop her reputation down. Megami's added difficulty is she can't be eliminated by matchmaking(as the Saikous go through a very complicated process to select the heir's S/O), quick reflexes, and other stuff we already know, although if the suitor was Kaga I think it could work? As he *is* a genius (but the process would still be hard as Megami does not trust us AT ALL.)

yeah. I know this comment was from a month ago but Yandere Dev stated that every week you are able to collect an item from senpai and every time you get an item, you get less nervous around Senpai. Lots of people have been saying that Ayano should be able to put gifts in his locker every day and little notes without saying who she is so maybe one day that would be implemented.

Even if the remodeling doesn’t happen I’ll still love the game but I feel like having the demo be what it is now and then having the whole beautiful makeover and grand remodeling of all characters and character models for the official game would make fans go crazy, there would be more reason to go buy the official game when it comes rather than just settling for the free demo because the demo looks kinda like official if the official has the same character models.

A good digital reward for backing the campaign could be some booster stuff in the beginning of the game, like for example when I bought persona 5 royal the game noticed that I had also bought played persona 5 bc of the save data on my system, so they gave me an in game reward of money and healing items to help you through the first part of the game. Or maybe people who contribute a lot could get like a DLC pass, to be able to download future DLC for free since they already contributed money to the game. Or maybe some fancy custom outfits, like how Minecraft has special capes you can only get if you attend specific events irl. You could do this by sending like 4-8 digit codes to backers and have a menu option to enter those codes, and they're like one time use so people can't just post them on the internet lol On a different note, I'd be careful about when you start the crowdfunding campaign bc Idk what the economical status of other countries is right now but I know America is like dying, so I definitely wouldn't be able to spare money to contribute to a crowdfunding campaign right now because my family is struggling financially from the pandemic still. Make sure that the people following you are in a safe enough financial situation before pulling the trigger on that. Maybe put out a video with a poll? I have a idea. What if depending on how far you are in the week senpai could get more clingy. For example if the player hasnt done anything to make senpai dislike the current rival then he starts hanging out with them more and more throughout the week. This means that the player would constantly want to check up on the rivals and there would be more scripted events. I think that this would add an interesting perspective to gameplay

Or perhaps where if you sre rlly nice, senpai could eventually get hints of how you are feeling throughout the weeks. Random idea: For Amai, one of the things can be that her and Senpai bake together, while they are baking Senpai steps out to go to the bathroom. It’s like a stealth mission. You would then have to sneak around to mess with Senpais food and make Amai look completely guilty. You would be on a time limit and if you got caught by Amai you would be reported to student council, resulting in expulsion. You probably won’t care about this but it’s an idea!

Even if she could, she may have be forced to deal with two rivals simultaneously for the next week. Because I don't think that just because Senpai didn't show up the rival would give up. It's also possible that the rival would confess her love to Senpai during the weekend that Yandere chan has no or much less access to them or even on a phone call...

Logically it does not make sense for the other _individual_ rivals in Yandere Simulator to take years to implement. Most of the years so far have been spent working on game mechanics that rivals will be based _around._ And of course animations and such, but there is plenty that can be done without production taking long, such as how a version of the first day of the second week was already added in only around a month, Amai Odayaka included. The time it took to make those posters for Megami could have been spent making bake sale posters, and some events with reused animations could have been included then a solid version one would've been released to occupy players until new voice lines and animations replaced old ones. But Yandere Dev is going big, so the full game won't be created that easily. That will only be a last resort if his crowdfunding campaign is a failure. Hopefully it will be a success.

Please make it that players will not be able to "spam talk" to students and rivals. What I mean is, if Yandere Chan is talking to a student/rival and "spamming," this causes that student to stay still while other students continue to walk away. Most people do this spam until all other possible witnesses are gone and then they kill the student/rival. It's kind of like a cheat in the game making it easy. Maybe make it that Yandere Chan can't "spam talk" to students, so the game isn't so easy. Edit: Yes- I did watch Jay today lmao. The “chip” thing. This is just a suggestion I think would be interesting. Yes, spam talk is ACTUALLY possible (just watch Jay’s video on Amai). I know Yandere Dev did fix it, but it hasn’t been completely fixed.

Different final endings depending on the methods used to dispose of the rivals meaning you need to approach situations in different ways for a "good" ending would be so awesome
That's the idea, there will be multiple endings depending on which elimination method the player used most frequently and some other circumstances, like learning certain information, Senpai's sanity, whether you have someone captive in your basement, got involved with the yakuza etc.

That "isnstead of physical rewards that you have to ship" is a big deal. I won't name who it is, but I have insider information on a kickstarter that met its goal and ever actually managed to finish the project entirely because the project lead set the shipping costs to "free" for physical rewards and the shipping costs for everything ate up so much of the funds that they couldn't complete the project. So, that's a good call.

Watching the development of Yandere Simulator has been a really interesting experience.
I'm almost an entirely different person than I was when I 1st started following the developement, but the game is still as fascinating as it ever was for me.
I got married, divorced, and engaged to a new fiance since the development began. I've made and lost friends, worked some wildly different careers, and now I'm considering having kids soon.
I'm looking forward to buying a copy of this when the game is ready, Im sure having the finished product will be surreal af.

I have an idea for Senpai’s little sister! (Sorry I forgot her name) She could be in a ‘step up week’ where a lot of students come from a near by middle school to see how they like this high school. Senpai’s sister would be one of the middle school students who happens to be there for her brother! This could make it so you would have more kids to place around, you could give a her a walking bit so she can not be with senpai 24/7. Like maybe have her walk around school to see if she likes a club, with senpai in a distance of course.

I have an idea for Megami's week. Like you said in the video "How Will Yandere Simulator's Future Rivals Be Different From Osana", Megami's week could be when the Student Council elections are taking place. For this idea Megami would not have any interactions with Senpai because she would be too busy preparing for the Student Council elections. She is based on giving study points a use that players only use to kidnap students. Instead of doing one task for Megami and having her follow you around, you would have to do four tasks for Megami on Monday through Thursday. These tasks would be as follows: (MONDAY) Megami will ask you to follow her up with a bunch of flyers to hang in school only if you have LEVEL 1 in PHYSICAL EDUCATION. (TUESDAY) Megami had a chemistry test in which she will ask you for help only if you have MINIMUM LEVEL TWO in CHEMISTRY. (WEDNESDAY) Megami will ask you to ask the students what they think of her as Student Council President, you need LANGUAGE LEVEL 3. (THURSDAY) Megami will ask you to help her deliver a speech for which you need LEVEL 4 in PHYCHOLOGY.
After doing these four tasks, you will have a conversation with Megami about Senpai and how, if Megami wins the election, she can stay with Senpai. To eliminate her, you would have to sabotage the votes to make Megami lose.
I know it can be very difficult to implement in the game but it is an idea and I think it can be useful.

An idea i have instead is that Megami is a rival not because she likes Senpai but because she wants to expose us. The interactions would just be her gaining Senpai's trust so he would believe her (while she has a high reputation, meaning most people trust her, it would still be absurd if she called us out of nowhere when we haven't done anything suspicious), and we would have to sabotage those interactions and help around and finally make moves on Senapi so he and the rest of the school don't believe her and drop her reputation down. Megami's added difficulty is she can't be eliminated by matchmaking(as the Saikous go through a very complicated process to select the heir's S/O), quick reflexes, and other stuff we already know, although if the suitor was Kaga I think it could work? As he *is* a genius (but the process would still be hard as Megami does not trust us AT ALL.)

Also I don’t know if this will ever actually happen. But I really hope maybe he plans to remodel the game’s design for characters like he talked about in a video a while back. Like making the models for the characters more like how persona characters look and having better assets to objects in the game. Obviously this could only ever happen if the crowd funding campaign is a beyond a success, which I hope it is!! Even if the remodeling doesn’t happen I’ll still love the game but I feel like having the demo be what it is now and then having the whole beautiful makeover and grand remodeling of all characters and character models for the official game would make fans go crazy, there would be more reason to go buy the official game when it comes rather than just settling for the free demo because the demo looks kinda like official if the official has the same character models.

A good digital reward for backing the campaign could be some booster stuff in the beginning of the game, like for example when I bought persona 5 royal the game noticed that I had also bought played persona 5 bc of the save data on my system, so they gave me an in game reward of money and healing items to help you through the first part of the game. Or maybe people who contribute a lot could get like a DLC pass, to be able to download future DLC for free since they already contributed money to the game. Or maybe some fancy custom outfits, like how Minecraft has special capes you can only get if you attend specific events irl. You could do this by sending like 4-8 digit codes to backers and have a menu option to enter those codes, and they're like one time use so people can't just post them on the internet lol
On a different note, I'd be careful about when you start the crowdfunding campaign bc Idk what the economical status of other countries is right now but I know America is like dying, so I definitely wouldn't be able to spare money to contribute to a crowdfunding campaign right now because my family is struggling financially from the pandemic still. Make sure that the people following you are in a safe enough financial situation before pulling the trigger on that. Maybe put out a video with a poll? Like hey guys I'm ready whenever you are, are you guys in a place to donate money right now?

I have a idea. What if depending on how far you are in the week senpai could get more clingy. For example if the player hasnt done anything to make senpai dislike the current rival then he starts hanging out with them more and more throughout the week. This means that the player would constantly want to check up on the rivals and there would be more scripted events. I think that this would add an interesting perspective to gameplay

For Amai, one of the things can be that her and Senpai bake together, while they are baking Senpai steps out to go to the bathroom. It’s like a stealth mission. You would then have to sneak around to mess with Senpais food and make Amai look completely guilty. You would be on a time limit and if you got caught by Amai you would be reported to student council, resulting in expulsion.

Logically it does not make sense for the other _individual_ rivals in Yandere Simulator to take years to implement. Most of the years so far have been spent working on game mechanics that rivals will be based _around._ And of course animations and such, but there is plenty that can be done without production taking long, such as how a version of the first day of the second week was already added in only around a month, Amai Odayaka included. The time it took to make those posters for Megami could have been spent making bake sale posters, and some events with reused animations could have been included then a solid version one would've been released to occupy players until new voice lines and animations replaced old ones. But Yandere Dev is going big, so the full game won't be created that easily. That will only be a last resort if his crowdfunding campaign is a failure. Hopefully it will be a success.

Please make it that players will not be able to "spam talk" to students and rivals. What I mean is, if Yandere Chan is talking to a student/rival and "spamming," this causes that student to stay still while other students continue to walk away. Most people do this spam until all other possible witnesses are gone and then they kill the student/rival. It's kind of like a cheat in the game making it easy. Maybe make it that Yandere Chan can't "spam talk" to students, so the game isn't so easy.
Edit: Yes- I did watch Jay today lmao. The “chip” thing. This is just a suggestion I think would be interesting. Yes, spam talk is ACTUALLY possible (just watch Jay’s video on Amai). I know Yandere Dev did fix it, but it hasn’t been completely fixed.
