The foam is intended for packing/shipping only…not for installation in a system behind the motherboard. No reputable system builder would ever try to use that foam as an anti shorting measure in a build.

Yea These are 120mm RGB fans that running on 12volt by using of molex connector You can use it in those pc case if it has same dimension grill to install same size of fans If dimensions are different so you have to drill some holes to fit it inside pc case
@@paramcomputers007 yes I mean it has two 120mm fans built in for air intake but there is no fan in the back for exhaust. It seems like the space there to add an exhaust fan is smaller than that of the space in the front where two 120mm fans are installed.

Leaving that pink antistatic foam on the board is not recommended. It will restrict airflow and trap heat into the motherboard.
But this foam is harmless. And prevents of shorting
