In the center there are offices of large companies, residential complexes, shopping centers and restaurants. Construction began in the 1990s, with the first building completed in the early 2000s.
It has the largest number of skyscrapers in Europe!
Also, noticeably, there is the premium 85-storey residential complex “Dau House” who received the title “The Tallest Residential Skyscraper” in a special category of the XV Urban Awards. This is the only building with apartments. The height of the futuristic building is 340 m.
