I saw so many of those 3 3/4 Black series figures falling right off the card. They were still on the pegs and the store had to tape them back! This shoddy packaging continued right into the relaunched TVC line. Those Snokes and Reys, Hoth Soldier etc also were falling off the cards but Hasbro put a small piece of tape on one side to keep them on. Finally once those were re-released (who knows why? they didn't sell anyway except Hoth Soldier) Hasbro finally got them 'fused' on the cards securely. Funny how Kenner carded 1977/78 authentic figures are Still fused on the cards to this day ! I passed on most of those black series 3 3/4 but ended up getting the Republic Trooper.

The Starkiller and Darth Plagueis figures would sell like crazy if Hasbro had the good sense to repack them in current TVC (I am keeping my fingers crossed on that happening eventually). The most expensive 3.75" BS figure I ever bought was Mara Jade ($45). Also, the Sandtrooper with the orange pauldron is a banger in both 3.75" & 6" scales. Some of the old 3.75" BS figures are still pretty reasonably priced on the reseller market. I picked up a Biggs Darklighter in his X-Wing pilot outfit recently for only $10. Disappointing that Hasbro did not bother to give us a removable helmet on the Captain Rex TVC re-release, but it is still a cool figure despite all its room for potential improvements.
hell yeah they would sell, but hasbro loves to repack figures that i can still get for $20-30 instead of the ones thatll run you $100-200

I've got a fair few of these 3.75 bs. Most of mine are pretty good and I've got a slightly knackered card republic clone which is still sort of on the card (less than 4 quid i paid!). I'm now retiring! No, I'm not. I pulled the shitty bit of legalese paper out so it displayed better. The best use i came up with was the jawa 2 pack I bought 3 of. I've added these to my 6 inch bs jawas and they blend perfectly as little jawa young 'uns. I'm going to do this with the ewoks as well because we see baby woks in rotj. I should charge for this shit! Great video as usual M. So glad you are going on ootb stream as well. Just read someone's comment that you should be in charge of hasbroke sw. I completed agree! Take care brother. Great video as always. You do a fantastic job on editing and commentary. As for the black series 3.75 the only one I ever bought was Ahsoka Tano cause I wasn't spending 800 on the same figure in the TVC line. Did pick up the last Ahsoka release and pre-ordered the newest one. 🤘💯

To address your comment about Plageuis not looking intimidating enough, that's the point. The sith worked in shadows for hundreds of years hiding among the general public and political community. Plagueis as a Muun fits perfectly into the idea of the wolf in sheeps clothing idea of the new generation of sith just like how Palpatine as a kindly, frail, harmless old man. The galaxy never saw them coming.
I have Plagueis and the Jabba/Rancor set.

I love it when they go expanded universe on me!! How dare they deprive 3.75 inch lovers of the entire Bad Batch crew!!? A Lumiya , HK-47 rerelease plus a Dash Rendar and a C-21 Highsinger Droid would put a big smile on my face!! They rereleased Grand Admiral Thrawn 3.75 and 6 inch yet still have failed to give one lousy Noghri body guard/assassin or Zeb Orrelios 3.75 inch figure!! Hahaha!! The full contingent of bounty hunters from the animated series closes the deal for me!! Hahaha!! Keep sharing .Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas and stay blessed my friend!! :)

I tried to find the Blue Line Revenge of The Sith Black Series Darth Vader, but I only found the Orange Line. I knew the orange was also rare, so I jumped at the chance at an auction on eBay for one and won. He just arrived today and looks pretty great in the packaging. I got him to pose him in his Sith Interceptor as a collector piece.

Because I’m an adult and not a kid, I have faith that my Vader will be just fine. I’m keeping him in his packaging until I purchase the Sith Interceptor. He’s actually my very first Black Series, believe it or not. I’ve never had one of these figures before and I think watching your videos, gave me the idea to get a few of them. I managed to get my Vader for only about $30, so I think that was a pretty good deal. I have many favorite Star Wars characters, but for some reason, Darth Vader has remained at the top of the list for all these years. At some point in my life as a kid, I grew an attachment with him in particular, and have been collecting more merchandise featuring him than any other character. Who is in your top 10 Star Wars characters of all time?

A majority of the Black Series 3.75 figures were unproduced concepts for the TVC they cancelled to focus on their more "Serious" black series 6" figures.
yes and some of them were also from the cancelled legacy collection droid factory line
I work a Walmart and It takes some time to get new figures in but, when they come in I can have my pick.
Really bummed I miss those Target droids and the bad batch amazon exc
I have alot of the BS 3.75 figures. I mostly settled for some over the crazy expensive TVC ones at the time. Plagueis, Malgus, Republic Trooper, Bastilla, Starkiller, Pablo Jill, Ahsoka, Vader (26), Padme, AOTC Anakin, Thorn, Mara Jade (randomly found her at a Walgreens in 2013).... Ohh would absolutely LOVE a video about the highest priced Legacy Collection figs and Comic pack figs!
I am Italian and I have the old republic trooper and the other clones in the box. On ebay you still find them for 30 euros

Some of the figures were great, l liked the Troopers based on the names Thor an Dr Doom. The Republic Trooper is absolutel solid figure. You said someone at Hasbro said fk it! That is what fans are saying to the Haslab Rancor, which has a day left, be a miracle if they get another 3500 backers. Fans have had enough of the re-packs of the repaints of the redo"s so l see a lot of the Star Wars & Legends fans getting into mythic Legions, l picked up a few and they make everything else look like crap.

Cool, just goes to show how popular Mythic Legions are they notified me a few days ago, so was %50 + shipping an import taxes. There are paint apps on that then a whole wave of any Hasbro wave, Legends or Black series.

I’m glad the vintage collection force unleashed 2 Galen marek starkiller is getting a rerelease with 3D photo real which makes the paint apps on the black series release look inferior.
The only one I own is the rancor set, lost some Pieces over the years and A figure it was Luke’s lightsaber ,robe and slave leia awesome set. I just put a 6 inch return of the Jedi boba on the rancor because of BOBF
All hasbro had to do for the black series haslab rancor was re release the 2015 sdcc rancor pit in 6 inch forms and maybe change a few figures like C-3PO and the guard to something and else and boom sold but noooo

I switched to the 6" BS from 3.75" TVC & BS. It's better quality than the 3.75" lines. Even today Hasbro goes the cheap route on the 3.75" lines.
To be fair Black Series 6 inch isn't the best quality either.

I finally was able to find that revenge of the sith Vader loose for 20$. I wish I had him in box, but he’s literally no where on the internet. I was lucky to find him loose on eBay, the guy titled him just “Darth Vader” figure.

Articulation isn’t the most important thing on a action figure, especially Star Wars Vintage Collection and Black Series. See the 4+ on the top left corner of the vintage collection packaging? These are for kids. They don’t care about articulation. I only care about the sculpted details on the figure and the accessories it comes with. 3.75 Captain Rex black series and vintage collection I don’t care if his kama isn’t soft-goods. I only care if he has the correct details and accessories.
You always sound like Hasbro should listen to you. Hasbro didn’t care about a TH-cam channel telling them what they should do. As a toy company, Hasbro makes toys for kids. As for their mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. Does that mean we should demand perfection? No! Makes us look like jerks. As for me, I’m not an adult. I’m a kid in a adult body.
It's a damn crying shame that hascrap hasn't done the old republic trooper in the black series after all these years... At last I will have revenge with the release of the clone commandos in the black series exclusive to Gamestop I will build a grand republic army!!! I preordered two!!

Just a bit of friendly advice you can tell me to shove, but the constant rips on Hasbro and all over negativity is off putting. I’m not defending Hasbro, they DO make some bizarre choices and do things that frustrate collectors. However, ripping on Hasbro is not new on the internet, and it’s tiresome. It’s just overall not entertaining to watch.
