Interesting map mechanic, might also be cool to have it implemented in a 'home-point' kind of style. Essentially having a capture point in both players spawn zones, which give "+2 friendly leadership, -2 enemy leadership" so they balance each other out while both players own one, but if you capture the opponents home point while holding on to your own, you end up with a big advantage.
Godsmack scores extra "dad band" points tbh. It's kinda like disturbed is an actual band and godsmack is just a bunch of dads making music while the kids are in soccer practice.
Finally more TWWH3 content, I have been missing it for the last few days.Play what brings you joy of course, but I hope that continues to be TWWH3 because I love your content
How well do Gyros do in this matchup? They can out run the chorf flying monsters and would be a good answer to trains or artillery. The only counter I see is Death Shriekers, but you might be able to micro your gyros around that
I'd hazard a guess that if the Slayers had a unique banner, like two axes crossed, then players would never mistake them for Dwarf Warriors or Longbeards.
Not using his characters really made him lose a lot of potential value. His opponent's character was so close to death which is right where you want him

honestly Chaos Dwarfs are so much better than regular dwarfs its just painfull to see. artilery? Chaos Dwarfs mobility? Chaos Dwarfs variety of infantry? Chaos Dwarfs range units? Chaos Dwarfs magic? Chaos Dwarfs monsters? Chaos Dwarfs The only thing regular dwarfs have over chaos dwarfs are gyrocopters which are not that good since they are easy to counter.
@@eumaies mainly ironbrakers, gyrobomber and quarrelers, but is strange becouse for the other factions the higher tier artilleries are long range while for the dwarfs the higher the tier the shorter the range, which i don't get the point of: how come that in the endgame my best artillery unit is always outranged?
Dwarfs have much more cost effective infantry than Chaos Dwarfs. Sure; chaos Dwarfs are better in terms of stats, but the more expensive Chaos dwarf infantry struggles to do any relevant damage. Also, Labourers might be good garbage but they are still garbage.
It seems that way on the surface, but dwarfs grind much better. I'd say Pink played much better in this game but it still came down to about 30 points.
I hope the dwarfs get some good units in the Dlc, otherwise there's no point in their faction, their infantry consists in tough, tougher and frail anti large, their range is mediocre exept irondrakes and trollhammer have no range, their flying units are only good if undisturbed which excludes 3/4 of all factions and their artillery, which should be where they dominate, in outclassed by coast, empire, chaos dwarfs and even skaven mortar units can win a battle alone; that of course not considering they have no fast units, no unique or significant mount for heroes and lords, and no overall faction ability exept 35% spell resistance, and khorne alredy has it, and their lore spells deals no damage, makes them tankier but only for short periods. I loved dwarfs but now what do they have that makes them special? Sorry for the rant but i would like to know others opinions.
Nah I fell the same. Dwarves are the single most neglected faction of warhammer total war. They were already mediocre back in WH2 and they surely didn’t enjoyed the transition to WH3.

I think if the thane had stayed on the obj near the end it probably would have flipped before the hobgoblin riders got there and won the match

That decision to take 3 dwarf heroes out of the game for 5 minutes to relocate to the other side of the map was certainly one of the decisions

That death rocket play was cheesy AF. They should include a mechanic where artillery can't accurately fire if there is no line of sight to the target.

Dwarf 3 main characters were mostly just decoration, stood doing nothing some of the time and then running about some of the time. Stupid slow dwarfs.

Gyrobomber vs tauros is no game, even flying units CD win
most of the chaos dwarf roster is unusably bad. But they are propped up by a few high performing units.
