@Reilly1888 I would say 6/8 and in the "A section", there's a 5/8 or a 5/4 bar at the end and it repeats. If you listen to the Koji Yamamoto playing the same pice, you'll notice that Senri san plays the groove a little different. But non the less, Brilliant !!

いいですねー、楽しそうですねえ。こういうテクニック満載の曲を実に楽しそうに叩くのが千里さんのすばらしいところの一つだと思います。しかも、ただのテク自慢じゃなくて、ちゃんと音楽として楽しんでいるところが最高です。
いろいろ重ねて作った音よりも、こういうセッション一発のようなノリが、千里さんが最もイキイキと輝ける舞台なのかもしれませんね。

勉強に、ドラムの練習に、そしてライブの準備にと忙しい中いつも返信して頂きありがとうございます。毎回毎回感動してます(T_T)
軽めの曲から重めの曲まで見事に演奏してますね。
リズムの刻み方、音符の埋め方、間の取り方。どれも千里ワールド炸裂って感じです。
ライブの予習をしようと思って、最近HOROSCOPEのDVD購入し毎日見て勉強しています。(今頃なんですけど・・・f^_^;)
ちゃんと楽曲を理解して、それを見事に表現しているところ凄いです！
そして、なによりもカッコ良過ぎです(^o^)／
追伸：この前お話しした、赤目のアマガエル君をライブに連れてく計画は今回は断念してお家にお留守番させようと思います。さすがに六本木のライブハウスでは目立ってしまうのでは・・・と思いまして。
大変だとは思いますが、今度は是非東北地方にもライブに来てくださいね。

フロアタムの音ですね～。実はこれ、内緒ですけど失敗なんですね～。
収録時には気が付かなかったのですが、フロアタムのチューニングがマズくて他の太鼓に共鳴して、ずっとボーボーと鳴っちゃってたんですよ。それを編集段階でイコライザーを使って力尽くで消してます。なので････「変な音」になっちゃってます。今後は気を付けますね。スミマセン。

新作が予想以上に早く聴けて嬉しいです。やっぱパンドでの演奏は被せより断然良いですね。 こんだけきっちり叩いてもらえばフロントの方々も気持ち良いだろうなぁと思います。25年以上前「お恭様」(山本恭二おっかけの先輩♀がそう呼んでた)のソロアルバムをバンドでコピーして皆完コピなのに自分(Dr)だけ雰コピだったのを思い出したました(苦笑)
