4 na sangkap sa pagluto ng masarap na Cake / Burnt Basque Cheesecake

(4 ingredients only)
3 cups cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup white sugar
5 whole eggs
1 cup All purpose cream
How to make:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).
Step 2
In an 8-9 inch round pan, line the bottom and the sides with parchment paper & set aside.
Step 3
Combine cream cheese and sugar with a mixer over medium speed 3-4 mins (or a whisk)
Add egg one at a time. Scrape the sides of the bowl with spatula.
Add all purpose cream . Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Pour into pan . Tap the pan against the counter to burst any excess air bubbles.
Bake in 210C / 410F for 45-50 mins.
Step 5
Set aside to cool
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, 4 hours to overnight.
