I have to tell you that the loveliest thing happened to me today.... as you may remember, In the past 18 months I have dropped 3 stones in weight and had a tummy tuck in may... well this morning i ran an errand in town. Due to my head injury I use a walking stick when outside, for balance... I have been watching your vlogs for a long time now and with your help ( even though I am 52yrs old *Groans*), I am really begining to develop my style. I was wearing a pair of tan skin tight jeans with a pair of brown suede otk boots from H&M, tan jumper and faux suede River island biker jacket, when a lady i do not know came up behind me, tapped me on the shoulder and said " I have never seen anyone with a walking stick looking so stylish". I was absolutely bowled over.. Been grinning about that all day long. It is all down to you and your style tips so thank you lovely lady. xxxxxxx

My daughter who is 24 started having skin issues and kept adding more skin care products to her daily routine. Finely she went to a wonderful spa in Santa Monica called Alchemy and she discovered so much about her skin. To make a long story short, she was using so many products that her skin was fatigued and overreacting to so many products. She’s now down to one face wash with no fillers, one moisturizer, and very little makeup. Her skin looks fantastic.
“Super premium” is an understatement. That moisturizer cost over $1K for 45mL. That is just crazy. Also agree, that everything in the US has greatly increased in price over the past year especially. But loved your vlog. Makes me smile.
Josie, I live in NYC and we always buy snacks at our local candy store or CVS before going to the airport. I even bring food with me (even store-bought) prior to going on a flight. JFK is very expensive. Love all your travel vlogs and though I live in the city it's fun watching it through your eyes. You are a fashion trooper. Wearing that gorgeous Gucci coat when it's still so warm out is a testament to your dedication. We all thank you. :)

Your videos are so well shot with interesting content. I applaud your approach to sustainability and I know every little helps with regard to packaging and straws etc, but listening to your travel schedule, my goodness, your carbon footprint must be insane. I think a couple of months ago you went to Italy, got home and went back again the next day! Have you considered either planning trips so they run on more efficiently, or offsetting your carbon? There are a few websites that can help organise how you offset or reduce. Don’t wish to come over too critical, because I do love your vlogs.

How are you liking your bag so far? My midi arrived last week and my regular maestra arrived yesterday. I ordered bought because I can’t decided without seeing them in person. I like the midi because I can definitely wear it in 4 ways, the size is similar to my speedy 30 on what I can fit. The maestra however is good in size for sure but looks big on me and it only looks good on a backpack with my size. My husband also agree that midi is the one to keep because it’s a perfect size for me. I’m happy with this bag so far. Quality is amazing and the color too! I got the lavender.

It's always nice to see a vlog of "tourists" in my NY. Yours is particularly fun. I don't find that prices have gone up - in fact I feel they have been the same or even gone down. Just a suggestion - the airports and train stations always have insanely high prices - so before you go, try going to a Duane Reade or some kind of market to get your snacks.
In super touristy areas or international airports they will hike up the prices because they know you’ll pay for it either way. Where I’m from in America all of that would’ve cost about $6 depending on the almonds. Anything healthy is always more expensive.

I remember one of the bar owners telling me he lived next door to the house where they'd filmed Saturday night fever! 🕺Airports are such a rip off these days, I always try and buy something where we've been staying for the flight as you could have a luxury box of chocolates for what you'd spend in the airport! Myself, husband and 3 children had a week in NYC last October and we were so aware of the costs there compared to the UK. Especially snacks for the kids, made for a very expensive stay. Fantastic week but 😱💵

Airports are the most expensive places to buy snacks or any food. But you must know that. You travel a lot. Was this trip just months before the pandemic started? TH-cam has it as 4 years ago. Restaurants and concerts are all much more expensive now. Even diners. We are paying for the ridiculously high rents that the restaurants have. I eat at home 98% of the time now. I took out very often before 2020. I enjoyed seeing you and Charlie in our city, especially in Central Park and Williamsburg! Hope you stayed longer the next time you were here.
Everything in New York City is much more expensive than the middle of the country you’ll find that also in LA so don’t be too surprised. It is the local New York tax and the local LA tax that add things up and make things cost so much more sorry love. The pound is about $1.20 or $1.30to 1 pound so it is the exchange rate has a little to do with it but it’s the taxes the New Yorkers pay and the taxes that the LA people pay that the middle of the USA doesn’t have.

Josie ❇️ When I was in NYC I stayed at The Palace Hotel... They had a hamburger on the room service menu that was $25. I've not ever purchased snacks at any Airport... But I would imagine they would be exorbitant because your a 'captive audience' so to speak... Enjoyed the vlog... take care during your travels 🤗

Loved the pink dress at Top of the Rock, all the outfits were pretty and the bag is nice very nice but it’s bigger than you! 😀 I don’t mean that in a mean way it’s just that it’s that noticeable because you’re very small. Liked the video footage of NYC, foods looked good! As for the pound/dollar, yes they are close so basically it’s gouging people at the airport! Shameless!!! Thanks for the video! 😊
