Mountfleet Models Ben Ain Coaster Radio Controlled Model Boat.

A walk through video showing the scale details of the Ben Ain Coaster from Mountfleet Models. A superbly built and detailed model, she has a length of 48 inches and a beam of 8 inches. To say it sails well is an understatement !
The original boat was built in Ellesmere Port in 1924 and finished her life in 1964. Most of her working life was spent around the Scottish coast and the Irish Sea where she worked as a supply vessel for the Isle of Man.
The model is a superb representation of the actual ship, the name she was actually launched with is depicted on the model.
