  • During my recent trip to Iraq, I had the opportunity to explore the bustling market on Republic Street in the city of Karbala. As I walked along the street, I was immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere and the generosity of the local people, especially during the special day of Arbaeen.
The market was filled with a colorful array of goods, from traditional handicrafts and textiles to fresh produce and spices. The sights, sounds, and smells of the market were truly captivating, and I found myself drawn to the unique and beautiful items on display.
One of the most remarkable aspects of my visit to the market was the spirit of giving and hospitality that permeated the air. In honor of Arbaeen, the people of Karbala were offering free food to pilgrims, and it was heartwarming to witness their generosity and kindness towards others.
As I continued to explore the market, I couldn't help but be captivated by the rich cultural heritage and traditions of Karbala. The market was a reflection of the city's vibrant history and the warmth of its people, and I felt privileged to have experienced it firsthand.
Overall, my visit to the market on Republic Street in Karbala was a truly unforgettable experience. The unique blend of sights, sounds, and flavors left a lasting impression on me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have immersed myself in the beauty of Iraq's cultural heritage.
I hope you enjoy it. Please tell me what attracts your attention in this market.

In Iraqi culture, women and girls do not have to work outside the home
Most of the time, they are busy at home and men are responsible for providing their expenses

In general, in Islam, all living expenses are the responsibility of the man of the family, and he is responsible for providing for his wife and children, of course, women help their husbands, but the main responsibility lies with the man.
