My heart is about to burst from sadness, anxiety, fear of what will happen to the point that I feel like I can’t go on anymore 😞 . I will keep listening to this message
Oh sister that sounds so so difficult, I'm so sorry you're suffering so much.🥺 I just wanted to write this comment to you cause I feel like I could've written your comment myself. My heart is literally physically hurting most of the day from the pain I'm in to the point I'm pretty sure it has weakened and it's not functioning properly and every night I feel like it could be my last. I'm in so much pain and fear, fear of the future, I have no self-esteem at all, ever since I was a kid I've basically never been fine and haven't really known anything but pain, but honestly words can't even begin to describe how I feel or maybe I lack the eloquence to put it into words, but the depths of darkness that a human can fall into is truly scary... Truly our only help against this is Allah. Only He can heal our broken hearts and give peace to our shattered and lost souls. I've come to believe that maybe this pain is necessary for us to turn back to Allah and make us aware of what really matters which is the Akhirah... I'm pretty sure this is Allah's way of guiding us, and that He doesn't want us to be amongst those who are astray, who are enjoying themselves in the worldly life while being heedless of the Akhirah. I'm sure that Allah knows of kindness and purity in your heart and the pain he gives you is because he doesn't want this lowly life for you, he wants Jannah for you, because He knows that Jannah is so much better for us. We just sometimes fail to remember that and we can't always see the full picture. I try to remind myself that for the believer, the true believer, life is filled with trials and difficulties and is meant to be hard, because none of us can achieve Jannah without our patience being put to the test thoroughly first... that is how Allah decreed it. This doesn't take away any of the pain and sadness and anxiety that you're in, but hopefully knowing that this life is just a test and that we can have true peace and happiness in Jannah gives a purpose to your pain and makes it more bearable. May Allah lift the heaviness from your heart and grant you guidance and forgiveness, and recompense you immeasurably for what you're going through my beautiful sister❤
When my baby died, at the age of 15 days, Allah did help me to go through it and to be 'a whole mom' for my first son that was 2,5 years at that time. Alhamdulillah. With the help of Allah we can handle everything, because He simply doesnt give us more that we can handle. Alhamdulillah for everything 🤲🏼
If u are sad with depression or something similar then do more good deeds, try your very best to think well of Allah's plan for YOU. Read more quran for your healing. Give charity/do charity work as much as you can without putting yourself out. And trust in Allah's ❤️ timing , things WILL get better. Pray pray pray for your life ❤️ everything will be okay 🤗😊 I'm speaking from experience so don't lose hope for yourself ❤️ I love u all for the sake of Allah.
Ya Allah, I depend on You alone, I have no power of my own, when things and times are going well for me i know they have come from You and that I have no power of my own. In my trials, I rely on You. In my temptations and tribulations, I trust in You. My success and temporary failure all in your hands and so is my soul, I have no power of my own. Ya Jabbar, Ya Kareem, Ya Malik, Ya Ghaffar, Al Wadood , Al Azeez, Al Lateef, I cannot do and live without your rahma. save me from all evils, guide my going out and coming in, this moment, today and until the day You have destined for me to die. AsSalaam alaikum!! We are planning to do Umrah with my uncle who cannot walk since last 15 years due to spinal problems, also requires urinary bag / diapers. Is he allowed to perform Umrah?
ASA brothers and sisters, I watched this video because I couldn’t handle the fear that I had in my heart anymore. I feel extreme fear and sadness that I can’t even understand anymore, but I think this is a message from Allah to me and to anyone who may experience this to go back to him and his religion. may Allah bless everyone who’s suffering and forgive us from our sins Ameen.
Hey you, I've something important to tell you. We don't know each other but I wish you all the best. You are doing really well. I know you are in pain, i know you are suffering a lot but look at yourself how far you have come. What happened has happened. Accept things and go forward. Don't give up my love. If you feel tired of everything just sit down and relax bcoz you have won the race already. You look great and your smile is precious. Keep smiling. Your smile is the reason why this world is still beautiful. I love you 💙 [ A little TH-camr ]
MashaAllah. A very pragmatic and realist Khutbah. A related ayah I came across by chance today. "Do people think once they say, “We believe,” that they will be left without being put to the test? We certainly tested those before them. And ˹in this way˺ Allah will clearly distinguish between those who are truthful and those who are liars." (Quran 29:2-3)
This man knowledge is something else. Nouman brother lectures, points technique makes or awaken our minds different perspective. For us to benefit please someone bring his team and him here in India to deliver his words in islamic institutions and colleges as here.. People are so blinded by culture. .jazakallahu khair

I recite Quran, offer salah 5 times a day and i even pray Tahajjud. I recite darood and do dhikr aswell. Yet i feel so sad for no reason these days. I fear everything idk what to do..
That is surely very good, the beginning is painful, you may suffer. That’s okay and it won’t last for long, it’s temporary and you will feel better at some point then you were at ur worst. Bare patience, i too am going through this and i try too as well. inshallah will you get better by the time Allah S.W.T decides it❤️
Salaam alaikum. I think fear and sadness, those two words say it all. This really is the human experience in summary. It also gives one a sense of validation and some perspective, hearing that everyone, at every stage of life, has some fear and sadness. Asking for strength and guidance is the only answer. Appreciate your talk.
What a concept is being explained! Not only does Faith in Allah gives an easy-going life but making it more strong enough, more delighted, and more charismatic!

This is a highlight from his khutba. I heard the complete khutbah and he did mention that and it should be no brainer because Allah wants ease for us and this life isn't a punishmént (like other faiths belief revolve) whatever can be treated should be treated. Whether its a physical or mental condition. I suffer from anxiety myself and it has wrecked my sleep and trust me its not easy living like that. I'm finding resources from TH-cam and online communities to help me lessen them. If we treat a fever by taking medicine, a tooth ache by visiting a dentist in that vein any form of treatment for mental health conditions is permissible too. Afterall it gets pretty dark and lonely if if its left like that. If you have the resources use them 🤷🏻♀️. All prophets went through traumatíc events and they could deal with them because Allah had blessed them with immense strengths and courage. Regular humans aren't build to handle unusual amounts of stress, anxiety that breaks them down. Faith can only do so much. Its about having faith that if Allah wills you'll heal with/without taking a pill but healing has to start by us.
