What I struggle with the most as a low spender is platinum… upgrading the 5 star gems take FOREVER… Our resonance as low spenders will always be low for this reason…
First u lvl 1 and 2 stars on lvl 5 u awake all your gear slots & put gems in. Max all gems In gear slot and awaken slot after that process u will be barely 1500 + after that u can if u want go for 5 stars and I between un go for 5 stars but only for the bonus. If u wish to upgrade u can but I highly recommend u not make that mistake as f2p or low spender to buy 5 stars and u sit on 30 rests max out other gems first that pushes your quality of game to another lvl

100% complete cash grab Normal gems minimal cost reduced by 50%. Minimal price for legendary gems-only 25% in comparison. The math here is easy. Work twice as hard as you worked for same effect.... or Just Pay, come on :) send us some €$£$¥😂
I've had a Gloom cask 3 star up for 45050 for some time, got lucky with fading embers nobody buys them which is a shame because as a none coiner the potential revenue from the sale would be a boost to put into upgrading my other worn gems, scratching around to obtain plat to buy 2 star gems is a real chore. I'm relying on the gems I I craft to beef up the one's I use so the reduction from 2k to 1600k if a plus for me.

Blizzard needs to fix the charms. The charm market is a disaster, with over 100 pages of unsellable charms. The fee is ridiculous when you can’t even profit on them. You lose plat either by taking a lost or RNG.
true, i got about 7 charms fully upgraded, no point in me extracting them, will only cost me platinum. Beyond belief they haven't fixed issues with charms
Charms are actually pretty strong (like endgame strong) because they don’t get strifed. Ret-conning them is also a bad idea because hundred of thousands of players have used the charm system gotta be like a tens-of-millions re-rolls & extraction (how do you re-do or re-compensate that?)
Power creeping to 10k res by buying crests with plat is also a “plat-sink” so by your logic should we also remove crest fees from vendor too?? Lmao smh
Charm market is not a disaster, they are reasonably priced and have value if you sell or imbue. Power creeping to 10k res requires 35600 gem power. A cheap 1star gem is 600 plat (2star average is 2.6k plat). That is relatively priced as a skill stone that you intend to use or one that you try and exclusively sell to your clan mates
Lol I know first hand experiences players spend 15k plat just to try their luck in eternal rifts and more often times or not they get 10 gem power, it irks me that people complain about the charm system 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I don't see how those battle ground changes are going to work. If they truly do this and it isn't a lie like the last countless battle ground changes. This is going to make it very difficult for whales to get into battlegrounds. Many with high secondary stats and max or really high level 5* gems. They can't screw the whales over because they fund Susan, I mean Blizzard.
love the gem changes. always need more plat to buy them. I only grind for plat, never buy it. I buy one star gems from the market so thats another good change. I constantly need for upgrading.

Dropping the price of gems is going to kill the market . there's no way to make platinum now. If they are going to do this, they need to drop the price of platinum, orbs , crests, and packs to because they dont represent value anymore. And as for $180 dollar skins 😂😂😂 foget that when they can't fix the problems in the game and market. Susan is still selling gems in the marketplace, just not on world chat.
Not on my server. Certain gems like rubies don't sell and so lowering their price has no marginal effect. For the gems that do sell, on my server,, many sell for over 100. Thus overall amount of plat in a week won't be impacted, and I get about 15+k per week. But now, I can buy a whole lot more legendary gems. So the market "failure" has been great for f2p, low, mid, even whale spenders. The only ones that appear to be left out are the hoarders.
@gtd9536 diablo immortal only hands out 1.6k plat per week on our server, so you must be farming with alts to get 15k a week . As for your market failure being great for f2p , our server is like a ghost town because of people quitting the game because of the parasitic nature of this game towards money

Citrine and light blue gems sell for 200-400 plat on my server per gem. That's about 6k right there. But I routinely make 15k. And I only have one char no alts. I think you need to shop for a new server.
I they'd change the rune system so white runes stay in hell difficulties only..... I've been rune farming in inf2 and I've only gotten white runes, I must have the worst luck ever lol

You obviously don’t understand the game if you think normal gems don’t matter and no one needs them. After awakening your gear. Resonance actually comes second to your secondary stats. Resonance on affects life and DmG. A low res player with high secondary stats will wipe the floor with a higher res lower sec stats.
New Players are great - HOWEVER what the fcuk have we been getting EVERYTHING SIMPLIFIED & nothing really ENDGAME challenging added to the game? ..... Veterans like myself bored with game for lack of challenging content. Left to play D4 & D2R because Immortal is too easy & simple no REAL point to keep up with game when you can catch up 1month playtime in less then 1 week. #GG #GGvsEAST

I quit this game because it’s pay to win screw the gems screw low pay and high pay players there are like 5 people who beat the game and they all have a set of 5 star gems with horrible regular stats then going into inferno you have to get carried in basically if you spend no money I got all the way there without spending a dime but I don’t like getting carried or p2p games I would just play Diablo 4 but it doesn’t even look fun or worth buying after you play this Diablo is kind of dead I see why the hardcore fans don’t like this game

You still gained Paragon levels although it only shows 99. Once you beat Phangwrth, your actual higher level shows.

Maybe they intend to lower all markers prices to be more affordable to the low spenders. Price gouging is kind of greed in a sense.

The only solution for ruby gems is to trade at a ratio 3 to 1 to other gems you want. Rubys will never sell even with 50 plat. Easy fix
