Fat bikes aren’t that heavy there actually almost the same weight as regular mountain bikes, they crest an illusion that they are heavier because of the fat tires

He could have made it so much easier on himself by using disc brakes and stronger non-carbon wheels with slightly thicker tyres - but nup. Pure gold Sam.

Before MTB made it over here we used to put knobbly tyres on change the bars to something like off a speedway bike and do exactly what your doing Sam , and yes we do have lots of scars,
