I wonder if deductive reasoning mainly deals with quantitative data! If say that I will use 'content analysis' of qualitative data (say govt policy, rules, planning documents, industry report, news article etc), is that okay? then should I generate a table to identify themes/occurrence?

Hi Kanta, these two are different, we use narrative when we have to analyze personal stories/experience/events, this is more detailed than thematic analysis. Narrative if flexible and thematic is more process based as I explained in video
