Body bars are so cool! My friend did a report on them when I was getting my Bachelors in one of our classes, but I’ve never had a chance to use one! I love how you can add a little weight in bar form while focusing more on proper mechanics! Love it!!
Awesome. I will try some of these with the bar. I bought a few for my son (10 & 20)to do bench press and curls but he doesn't use very much. I think they are neat but I didn't have much use for them yet.
Thanks Ivan! I should probably use it for shoulder mobility, as well given I've had shoulder issues. If you have a video that demonstrates it I'd love to watch it.
@@RhondaFitzFitness I don't but I just use as wide of a grip as possible and bring it overhead trying to circle the arms all the way around to the back while keeping the ribs stacked over the pelvis

@RhondaFitzFitness I'm a personal trainer in a wheelchair who teaches yoga, zumba, and upper body strength. I dont need the modifications, I know them. I just truly feel that every workout online should consist of modifications to those exercises. Thanks for responding, though
