When they audition for a role, they should be able to do so without feeling pressured to sleep with the producer (re: nasty Harvey Weinstein). Nothing wrong with complimenting a woman respectfully. You can do that without talking about her body parts like she's a cow on a slaughtering block. Example of acceptable compliments: "You look very nice today." or "That's a good color on you."
