Hai guy can I join in, I generally make low Polly items for game dev but recently I've been making buildings and may I just say that is an exquisite skyscraper design.
Love this programme, last year for work experience (architects office) I spent 8 hours a day for 5 days on this programme. Possibilities are endless, I got bored off the work I was set thought
DutchSims4Master oh man, you have talent, dont sit and wait, this should be in dubai, not joking, i kinda jumped the video a little bit, to see the close finish result, and those kinda balconies would be perfect for luxury apartaments with an amazing panoramic view, could coast over 500k i would buy one if i had the money, really modern , i love it!
You should keep in the back of your mind that not everything is possible to be build in real life. But I know what you mean and I would love to see this being built!
When you talked about being an Architect I Literally shook, I also want to be an Architect In Dubai. I hope you continue to make videos like this because i have been looking for an app to express myself. You helped me find it. Lets become Next Generation Architects.
Instead of taking time and recreating the front side (with all the balconies and cutouts and windows) at the back, what you could do is finalize one side, then copy it, scale -1 at whatever axis you need (this flips it) and paste it on the other side. Anyway, great to see these videos of yours, I love sketchup, use it a lot, and find this sort of thing incredibly interesting.
Very nice! I'm studiying architecture and to get the concept, transform it and adapt it into something that can actually get built is sometimes difficult for me. And you make it seems so easily, I sincerely congrats you, you are a very talent man...I would really appreciate if you could keep going with sketch up tutorials, and architectural concepts, render...! please :D! thank you. Have a good day ^^
Love the speedbuilds. Great work. Wondering if you'd rise to the challenge of an earhbag dome village? Lots of curves. Very tribal. Lots of trees and beautiful community feel Keep up the good work.
Bruh where else do you expect people like us to get inspiration to design skyscrapers , I'm 14 just started working with sketchup thanks for the inspiration
You're amazing! You have talent, yoy should continue in the line of Architecture. I'am an architecture student and its very hard but its fun aswell and think you would be better than me.
Yeah. You're definitely right about Dubai.. its really a city of architectural haven. You know what if u have any chance again of going to the Emirates, try to go to their capital, Abu Dhabi.. im telling you tis city also has a lot to offer when it comes to architectural world of skyscrapers! You'll see buildings that tou cannot see in other places.. I've there and lived there for almost 6 months. its a very nice country, try to visit Sharjah also that a very clean place, even cleaner than Dubai.. :-) im really looking forward of coming back there again soon.. Btw, how long did you actually made that building?
Would you be able to do more of these skyscraper videos? They are really helping me in knowing how to build and make detailed design for my College coursework. Thanks =)
Great design. I have been watching your videos, and I have to finally ask. Why don't you use Groups and Components? If you did, you could have saved an incredible amount of time, and had more fun in the process. I also notice that you spend a lot of time making a complex shape that could have been made in seconds with the volume functions (have one shape carve out the other, etc). Cheers.
Great design. I did find it odd that you don't think too much about the interior of a building. This would be a huge focus for the architect, as we spend more time inside a building than we do looking at it from the outside. Just some food for thought. But like I said, great design. It's not really buildable as it has very little support, but you're young and can build on your obvious talent.
Great work. Just to help, I can suggest some more shortcuts that you could've used: double-clicking "push-pull" to repeat previous measurement, and also using the "intersect groups."
DutchSims4Master btw, vet gemaakt gast, ik ben ook een 14 jarig jogie op het internet... en skyscraper designer leek me wel wat, hoe heet het programma dat je gerbuikt, en ik dat gratis?
This is so cool I am 12 and I have been searching for videos like this thanks Do more vids Also I always wanted to go to dubai I plan on studying skyscraper design My only question is if this program can be downloaded to a Mac
You had quite a hard time doing the facade in the beginning. You should try to use the Intersect faces tool to create a better model. You also have to work on your rendering skill.
Very cool tower. What's the learning curve for Sketchup? I looked into a few other 3D editing programs and I always get lost in the confusing controls.
You could try blender 3d, I think so time consuming modeling in sketchup specially the floors in other 3d modeling program you could use loop tool, it just my opinion, Nice model
Sketchup is a nice piece of software, but it really frustrates me every time :D Just because I have to make all the lengths even and perfect, and then I hate the default colors in there aswell xd (I just can't keep the building white and modelly for some reason XD) It's nice, but veery annoying just because of the fact that I'm a bit of a perfectionist XD I btw enjoy architecture and design aswell :D And I atleast don't know that I follow anyone else who has this same interest xd Also, these kind of videos inspire me to build something on Sketchup :D Sorry if my grammar/english was not that clear, I just wanted to say this and didn't think my grammar that much I guess XD
Please note that the video has only just been uploaded and TH-cam is still processing it. That's why it's not available in HD yet...
DutchSims4Master now it's on HD. 1080p HD. I like your video :)
Wow i really liked it
Hai guy can I join in, I generally make low Polly items for game dev but recently I've been making buildings and may I just say that is an exquisite skyscraper design.
I loved the sketchup videos. I just recently starting making objects in Sketchup, keep it up.
Google Sketchup
Love this programme, last year for work experience (architects office) I spent 8 hours a day for 5 days on this programme. Possibilities are endless, I got bored off the work I was set thought
You really have a future as an Architect kid. For a fitteen who never study architecture or design, you have skills to show for. Keep the good work.
you should bring that project to dubai , would be perfect in the dubai skyline
newmabreu96 If only I had the ability to do so :o That would be incredible :)
I was thinking the same :) Looks really sleek DutchSims4Master
You should keep in the back of your mind that not everything is possible to be build in real life. But I know what you mean and I would love to see this being built!
just email to a real architect im sure he would get ideas
You really did a good job on this one! I'm so happy to see you building up your skills because it'll really help you in the future! :D
When you talked about being an Architect I Literally shook, I also want to be an Architect In Dubai.

I'm waiting for the day you will be discovered and be one of them greatest architects 👍👍
Really nice building!
excellent work!
at 0:30, you can use the "intersect faces with model" its more easy to me than adjust small piece by small piece
Are you around 16 years old?! You got some serious talent man!!
Cheers from Sweden! :D
Felicidades muy buen trabajo, espero sigas poniendo mas tutoriales gracias
Bruh where else do you expect people like us to get inspiration to design skyscrapers , I'm 14 just started working with sketchup thanks for the inspiration

Well done for real
i thought the same 8 years ago!
Your creation is such an inspiration looking forward for more videos. Hope you can make a tutorial videos too
Kinda looks like 2 ps5, love the building
at the start of the video at around 50 seconds the way to do that is select everything and press intersect with selection and it will be done
It's AMAZING! ♥
Its so amazing

HOW DO U GET TOI THINK OF SUCH DESIGNS??/ MY MIND IS BLOCKED THIS IS SO AMAZING

would be so cool to see this in Cities Skylines
The new Renzo Piano is aging well
Loved your vids. Would you like to make some (dutch) tutorials?
Could you do a video on how to render these... Im quite good at building on sketchup but cannot render
make cities skylines buildings!
SimulationGuru That's a good idea actually! How does that work?
I saw some tutorial on you tube about it
DutchSims4Master best game ever, city skylines!
DutchSims4Master btw, vet gemaakt gast, ik ben ook een 14 jarig jogie op het internet... en skyscraper designer leek me wel wat, hoe heet het programma dat je gerbuikt, en ik dat gratis?
fucking amazing, a real inspiration for a person who dreams of becoming an architect like myself
That cantilevering section of the building is a structural engineers worse nightmare.

ดีมากๆครับ ขอบคุณที่ให้คาวมรุ้ดีๆ
I have a question… before you build, how much of an idea or plan do you have? Thanks for the videos!
I'm actually curious how long it took to make this.

It's a render made with this program: www.renderplus.com/wp2/
thank you :)
You had quite a hard time doing the facade in the beginning. You should try to use the Intersect faces tool to create a better model. You also have to work on your rendering skill.
He also could use compnent to not do same in same objects
Very cool tower. What's the learning curve for Sketchup?
I looked into a few other 3D editing programs and I always get lost in the confusing controls.
The learning curve is easy for an beginner, and really advanced for someone wishing to progress further.
So feel free to start :)
Drevskich
Thanks for the reply. I might look into Sketchup in the future. :)
no now XD
Do you make these for Cities Skylines? That would be great.
You could try blender 3d, I think so time consuming modeling in sketchup specially the floors in other 3d modeling program you could use loop tool, it just my opinion, Nice model
Which version of sketchup are you using?
i love how it uses glass to support the whole thing from the bottom lol
Are you able to export Sketchup models into Unity? If so that would be amazing for game developers.
I really hope u become a artitect one day! xD
its my dream but have my own one
Hey how u dont show output yar that is the key for structure
How long did it take you to build this in real time?
How many hours did you take or this?
Sketchup is a nice piece of software, but it really frustrates me every time :D
Just because I have to make all the lengths even and perfect, and then I hate the default colors in there aswell xd (I just can't keep the building white and modelly for some reason XD)
It's nice, but veery annoying just because of the fact that I'm a bit of a perfectionist XD
I btw enjoy architecture and design aswell :D And I atleast don't know that I follow anyone else who has this same interest xd Also, these kind of videos inspire me to build something on Sketchup :D
Sorry if my grammar/english was not that clear, I just wanted to say this and didn't think my grammar that much I guess XD
which program do you use for rendering?
When you were trying to push/pull that curved section of the square at the begining, you should have just used the intereect faces button
What software did you use for the rendered video at the end?
You're 15? Christ your voice is deep
Really?
imo its not that deep, plus people from belgium, germany and netherlands have deep, manly voices :)
how long was the entire build?
how to add those tools ? please help
woah there is a building just like this one in warsaw. its literally the same
It looks like this bulding design could also me a Modern PC case.
