He betrayed gov Obaseki. Obaseki refused to accept pdp ticket without Shiabu. Gov Obaseki only won local government in Edo North. He could not delivered his ward or local government. He was electoral liability. He wanted to used those house of assembly members who refused to be sown in to impeach the governor. Phillip deserved what he got.
