Sir I'm a GEM fresher (NIT Nagpur) with 96% in both 10th and 12th but my CGPA is only 6.9....will it affect my chances of getting shortlisted for BLACKI ?

No as long as u score 99.9x
Or you score 80-90 marks in exam it's will be equal to that percentile
