      Your academic percentages look quite decent, and having a one-year gap after 12th and one gap year during your engineering might not necessarily be a significant issue. Let's break it down:
      Academic Performance: Your percentages in 10th (86%) and 12th (75%) are good, indicating a strong academic foundation. A 60% score in graduation is also reasonable, and many universities and employers consider it an acceptable minimum.
      Gap Years: Gap years are relatively common, and many students take them for various reasons such as personal development, exploration, health issues, or financial reasons. A gap year is not necessarily viewed negatively if you can provide a valid reason for it. If you have utilized your gap years productively, you can always highlight the experiences and skills you gained during that time.

      To get into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) in India, you need to take the Common Admission Test (CAT). Admission to IIMs is highly competitive, and the selection process considers multiple factors, including CAT scores, academic performance, work experience, and personal interview performance.

    Sir, recently I have been watching some reels or such type where people are saying that NMIMS isn't worthy enough and it's ROI is not good.
    What's your opinion on that?

    • @theiimguy
      @theiimguy  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      MIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) is a well-known private university in India that offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in fields like management, engineering, pharmacy, commerce, law, etc.
      Opinions about the worthiness and return on investment (ROI) of an educational institution like NMIMS can vary based on individual experiences, expectations, and perspectives. Here are some factors to consider when evaluating the worthiness of an institution and its ROI:
      Reputation: NMIMS is generally considered to have a good reputation in various fields. The reputation of an institution can influence how employers perceive its graduates and impact job opportunities.
      Course Quality: The quality of the courses and curriculum offered at NMIMS can directly affect the knowledge and skills gained by students during their studies.

      @theiimguy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      CAT percentile is just one aspect of the overall selection process.
      Other factors that are considered in the admission process include:
      Academic Performance: Your academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation is often taken into account.
      Work Experience: For candidates with work experience, the duration and relevance of their work are evaluated.
