Makes me sad for old things gone and proud of the old ones strong, and rocked by all that has happened and also full of hope for all that will come to be.
First off, I think it is great for JT to come out and donate 45 mins of his time for N. Carolina. However, I feel bad for James, he just needs to sit on stage and narrarate one of his awesome concert DVDs. Why do folks who are done just stay done? I mean I love JTs music as much as anyone. Fire and rain was almost as bad as seeing Phil Collins in a wheelchair trying to get though his last Genesis show on stage. Sorry.
I'm gonna shed many years when this guy goes, he wrote many special songs that touched me.

Met JT in 78. A true gentleman and a National Treasure. God, I love his work! He's the best thing about the Berkshires.
James Taylor’s set was especially beautiful and poignant. Personal. We in WNC will rise.
A class act.
Magical
Masterclass
I play JT when I walk my cat
JT, his voice was strong and immaculate for so long. But sounds like it's fading now. Too much smoke in his younger days.
Or he is just 76
His voice was still strong until 2021, when he got sick with COVID. He still plays great but his voice definitely got weakened because of it.
Too bad. Might have effected his lungs.
