Great question the best option for you would be to use an app called “cash app”. The best way to do this is to…
Create a cash app account using a email or gmail account, and your phone number. And you won’t need a bank account.
Once you’ve created your account then you’ll need to apply for a cash app card. That way you can add money on it.
You can then take your cash to Walmart, dollar general or Walgreens ( and many more places feel free to google more options ) and add it to your card.
If all else fails you can give the money to family member or friend and have the place the order for you‼️

Great question there are multiple ways to pay on SHEIN. Once you’ve added all your items to your cart hit continue and it will take to the payment page. Here you’ll need to fill out your shipping address and then add in your payment method.
If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal, by clicking on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit.
