On Friday, October 7, Orange Mayor Mark A. Murphy gave the State of the City address at the Chapman University Musco Center for the Arts. The annual presentation, part of an event hosted by the Orange Chamber of Commerce, recaps the City government’s highlights and accomplishments for the previous year.
