Not at all! If i stop running but still eat the same amount of food i would put on weight just like anyone else. Running heaps just helps burning a lot more calories every day.

Usually just maintenance and I will change my diet depending on how much running i am currently doing.

Most people never get to the point where they are happy with their physique. I've been happy with my physique and size for the past 4-5 years while putting on near to no extra muscle in that time. Has not fazed me one bit as i have different goals now away from gym. So yep 100% agree bro you won't find me doing a big bulk haha
