    5:20 12 week mark, or longer if()… dumbbells… symmetry… below shoulder… progress to overhead | At least 9 months before normal loads

    *Being 58yo....9-months AFTER my rotator cuff surgery, I would NEVER EVER attempt doing Dips, THATS RETARDED.........ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN, ESPECIALLY FOR THE WORSE.......MAYBE AFTER 2-YEARS I would attempt the dipping, NOT 9-months!!*
    *Repeating this Cuff Surgery again is not what I'm looking forward to, lmfao!!*
    *Being at only 50%, my Dr & Insur. Adjuster cut me off
