West Springfield man speaks out on alleged racial incident at local restaurant

Matt Griffin is a well-respected member of the community. The home-town hero has coached at West Springfield High School for 23 years. He had frequented Collins Tavern for a decade and a half, without incident until a few days ago.

Thats an old establishment and serves the community. I would not take one dumb incident to heart. People say and do stupid things every day. This does not speak for the majority. IMHO
